تهدف هذه الدراسة إلى التعرف على اتجاهات أعضاء هيئة التدريس نحو جودة العملية التعليمية بالجامعة وعلاقتها ببعض المتغيرات، واستخدمت هذه الدراسة الأسلوب الوصفي والذي يستهدف جمع بيانات كمية عن موضوع الدراسة وتفسير هذه البيانات وتحليلها تحليلا كيفيا دقيقا وصولا إلى نتائج ودلالات ذات أهمية عملية من خلال الاستمارة المعدة لذلك ، وقد اختارت الباحثة عينة مقصودة من أعضاء هيئة التدريس الذين يعملون بجامعة الحدود الشمالية وقوام هذه العينة (50) عضوا من الكليات المختلفة للجامعة النظرية والعملية، كما استخدمت أداة الاستبيان في هذه الدراسة وذلك لملائمة هذه الأداة لنوع العينة المختارة ، وجاءت نتائج الدراسة والتي أجابت على التساؤلات الفرعية للدراسة ، فقامت الباحثة بحساب التكرار والنسبة المئوية والمتوسطات الحسابية والانحرافات المعيارية وقيمة كا 2 لدلالة الفروق بين استجابات أفراد عينة الدراسة، كما تم استخدام المدى والمتوسط المرجح بعد حسابه بناء على عدد الخيارات والفئات في مقياس ليكرت الرباعي في تحديد تقدير استجابات العينة والإجابة على التساؤل الأساسي للدراسة والذي يدور حول اتجاهات أعضاء هيئة التدريس نحو جودة العملية التعليمية بالجامعة وعلاقتها ببعض المتغيرات، فجاءت النتائج بالمتوسطة على: ) اتجاهات أعضاء هيئة التدريس حول نواتج تعلم الطلاب، تطوير البرامج الأكاديمية، تقييم الطلاب ، المساعدات التعليمية للطلاب ، اتجاهات أعضاء هيئة التدريس حول الموارد والتجهيزات اللازمة ، مؤهلات وخبرات هيئة التدريس والجودة في التدريس ، أنشطة الخبرة الميدانية)، جاءت النتائج بالضعيفة حول:) تقويم البرامج الأكاديمية ومراجعتها ( ، جاءت النتائج متساوية ما بين متوسط، وضعيف حول) دعم جهود تحسين جودة التدريس ( ، جاءت النتائج بأنها غير دالة إحصائيا على: )اختلاف اتجاهات عينة الدراسة من أعضاء هيئة التدريس نحو جودة العملية التعليمية بالجامعة طبقا لبعض المتغيرات ) المسمى الوظيفي – سنوات الخبرة – المؤهل الدراسي – النوع – الكلية سواء عملية أم أدبية)، اختلاف اتجاهات عينة الدراسة من أعضاء هيئة التدريس نحو جودة العملية التعليمية بالجامعة طبقا لمتغير المسمى الوظيفي، اختلاف اتجاهات عينة الدراسة من أعضاء هيئة التدريس نحو جودة العملية التعليمية بالجامعة طبقا لمتغير المؤهل الدراسي، اختلاف اتجاهات عينة الدراسة من أعضاء هيئة التدريس نحو جودة العملية التعليمية بالجامعة طبقا لمتغير نوع الكلية)، جاءت النتائج بأنها دالة إحصائيا على (اختلاف اتجاهات عينة الدراسة من أعضاء هيئة التدريس نحو جودة العملية التعليمية بالجامعة طبقا لمتغير سنوات الخبرة داخل الجامعة(.
This study aims to identify the attitudes of faculty members towards the quality of the educational process in the university and its relation to some variables, This study used the descriptive method , Which aims to collect quantitative data on the subject of the study and to interpret these data and analyze them in a precise qualitative analysis to the results and indications of practical importance through the form prepared for it, The researcher chose a deliberate sample of faculty members who work at the Northern Border University and the strength of this sample (50) members of the different faculties of the theoretical and practical university, The questionnaire tool was used in this study to suit this tool for the selected sample type, The results of the study, which responded to the sub-questions of the study, The researcher calculated the frequency, percentage, arithmetical averages, standard deviations and the value of Ka 2 to denote the differences between the responses of the study sample, The range and weighted average was used after calculation based on the number of options and categories in the Likert quadratic scale in determining the estimation of the sample responses and the answer to the basic question of the study, Which revolves around the attitudes of faculty members towards the quality of the educational process at the university and its relation to some variables, The results were as follows: (Trends of faculty members on student learning outcomes, development of academic programs, Student assessment, teaching aids for students, faculty attitudes about resources and equipment, faculty qualifications and quality of teaching, field experience activities), the results were weak on: (Evaluation and review of academic programs), the results were equal to average and weak about: (supporting efforts to improve the quality of teaching), The results were statistically insignificant: : (Different trends of the sample of the study members of the faculty towards the quality of the educational process in the university according to some variables (job title - years of experience - academic qualification - type - college, whether practical or literary), The different trends of the study sample from the faculty members towards the quality of the educational process in the university according to the variable of job title, the different directions of the sample of the faculty members towards the quality of the educational process in the university according to the variable of the academic qualification.
