The current research aims to identify the skills needed for students in the fourth grade primary, and determine the relationship between classroom social environment and social skills for fourth grade primary pupils, and to achieve the objectives of the research, the researcher designed two measures, a measure of the classroom environment, and other social skills needed for students fourth grade primary. - Time two approaches were used in this study are: descriptive and analytical approach and the methodology of the researcher Correlative belief that they were the most suitable for such research. Find a sample of fourth grade primary pupils has been applied in the governor of Homs made up of 416 pupils were selected simple random way in safe areas. The researcher reached the following results: - No statistically significant relationship between the classroom environment and social dimensions of all social skills dimensions all the fourth grade primary pupils. - tojd Positive correlation statistically significant relationship at the level of significance 0.05 between the classroom environment and the social skills dimensions except (the representation of social role, and acceptance of others) - la No statistically significant relationship between the classroom environment and the social skills dimensions (acceptance of the other and the representation of social role) - There is a positive correlation statistically significant at the 0.05 level of significance between social skills and between each of the classroom environment following dimensions: (competition, cooperation, TIFF, selfishness and jealousy, the teacher style). - There is no statistically significant relationship between social skills and classroom environment following dimensions :( difficulty, satisfaction and satisfaction, acceptance of the other, discipline). - There is no statistically significant differences between the average scores respondents on the classroom environment variable scale depending on the location (Countryside and city)

الإنسان كائن اجتماعي، لا يستطيع العيش بمفردة، فهو بحاجة إلى من يعيش معه ويتفاعل، ويقيم معه علاقات اجتماعية واقتصادية وثقافية ...الخ، وتحتل العلاقات الاجتماعية مكانة متميزة بين تلك العلاقات، وتلعب المدرسة دورا بارزا في هذا المجال، لذلك رأت الباحثة أن تتناول بالدراسة عاملا أساسيا من العوامل التي تسهم في تكوين المهارات الاجتماعية، وهو العلاقة بين البيئة الاجتماعية الصفية والمهارات الاجتماعية، ولا سيما بعد أن لاحظت ضعفا في المهارات الاجتماعية لدى تلاميذ الصف الرابع الأساسي من خلال ممارسة عملها كمعلمة إضافة إلى أن هذا الموضوع لم ينل نصيبه من الدراسة بالقدر الكافي من البيئة السورية. يهدف البحث الحالي إلى تحديد المهارات اللازمة لتلاميذ الصف الرابع الأساسي، وتحديد العلاقة بين البيئة الاجتماعية الصفية والمهارات الاجتماعية لدى تلاميذ الصف الرابع الأساسي، ولتحقيق أهداف البحث قامت الباحثة بتصميم مقياسين، مقياس للبيئة الصفية، وآخر للمهارات الاجتماعية اللازمة لتلاميذ الصف الرابع الأساسي. وقد تم استخدام منهجين في هذه الدراسة هما: المنهج الوصفي التحليلي والمنهج الارتباطي إيمانا من الباحثة بأنهما الأكثر ملاءمة لمثل هذه الأبحاث. وقد طبق البحث على عينة تلاميذ الصف الرابع الأساسي في محافظ حمص مكونة من 416 تلميذا وتلميذة تم اختيارهم بالطريقة العشوائية البسيطة في المناطق الآمنة. وقد توصلت الباحثة إلى النتائج التالية: - توجد علاقة دالة إحصائيا بين البيئة الاجتماعية الصفية بأبعادها كافة والمهارات الاجتماعية بأبعادها كافة لدى تلاميذ الصف الرابع الأساسي. - توجد علاقة ارتباطيه موجبة دالة إحصائيا عند مستوى دلالة 0.05 بين البيئة الصفية وبين أبعاد المهارات الاجتماعية ماعدا (تمثيل الدور اجتماعيا، وتقبل الآخر) - لا توجد علاقة دالة إحصائيا بين البيئة الصفية وبين أبعاد المهارات الاجتماعية (تقبل الآخر وتمثيل الدور اجتماعيا) - توجد علاقة ارتباطيه موجبة دالة إحصائيا عند مستوى دلالة 0.05 بين المهارات الاجتماعية وبين كل من أبعاد البيئة الصفية التالية: (التنافس، التعاون، المشاجرة، الأنانية والغيرة، أسلوب المعلم). - لا توجد علاقة دالة إحصائيا بين المهارات الاجتماعية وأبعاد البيئة الصفية التالية: (الصعوبة، الرضا والارتياح، تقبل الآخر، الانضباط). - لا يوجد فروق دالة إحصائيا بين متوسط درجات أفراد العينة على مقياس البيئة الصفية تبعا لمتغير المكان (ريف. مدينة)
