Abstract: تبحث هذه الدراسة في العلاقة بين الذكاء الانفعالي ومكوناته، والكفاءة المهنية (في كافة أبعادها المعرفية، والمهارية والشخصية، والاجتماعية، والإنتاجية) لدى أساتذة التربية البدنية والرياضية بالطورين المتوسط والثانوي في ولاية الجزائر العاصمة، إيماناً من الباحثين بأهمية هذين المتغيرين لما لهما من تأثير مباشر في جودة الإنتاج التعليمي والتربوي..، وتكمن أهمية هذه الدراسة في تطرقها إلى بعض العوامل المؤثرة في الكفاءة المهنية للأساتذة، وتناولها لأحد المتغيرات النفسية – الذكاء الانفعالي – والتي أشار العامل النفسي بأنه يسهم في النجاح والتوافق المهني للفرد بدرجة تفوق ما يسهم به الذكاء الأكاديمي. فإذا كان الذكاء الأكاديمي والمهارات المعرفية لازمة للحصول على وظيفة ما، فإن الذكاء الانفعالي يعمل على النجاح الوظيفي للفرد.

A travers cette étude, nous essayons d’attirer l'attention sur un des facteurs psychologiques (intelligence émotionnelle) qui influent sur l’efficacité des enseignants, En étudiant la relation existante entre l'intelligence émotionnelle et ses composants, ainsi que l’efficacité professionnelle (dans toutes les dimensions cognitives, compétences, personnelle, sociale, et de la productivité) pour les enseignants d'éducation physique et sportive au CEM et au lycée dans la wilaya d'Alger; selon le patrimoine psychologique Si l'intelligence académique et les compétences cognitives sont nécessaires pour obtenir un emploi, L’intelligence émotionnelle contribu à la réussite professionnelle de l individu.

This study examines the relationship between emotional intelligence and its components, and professionalism (in all its aspects of cognitive, skills, personality, social and productive) among physical and sports teachers at the intermediate and secondary levels in the state of Algiers. The study believed in these two variables because they have a direct impact on the quality of educational production. The importance of this study lies in addressing some factors affecting the professional competence of teachers and addressing one of the psychological variables i.e., emotional intelligence, which contributes to the success and professional compatibility of the individual to a greater degree than academic intelligence. If academic intelligence and cognitive skills are needed to obtain a job, emotional intelligence helps the individual in the success of his career.
