المستخلص: هدفت الدراسة إلى التعرف على أثر وجود الدورات التكوينية على جودة العملية التعليمية لأساتذة التربية البدنية والرياضية بمتوسطات المقاطعة الغربية لولاية وهران ومن ثم الخروج ببعض الحلول والتوصيات يمكن الاستفادة منها داخل الولاية وخارجها، وتمثل فرض الدراسة في أن للدورات التكوينية أثر إيجابي في تحسين جودة العملية التعليمية لأساتذة التربية البدنية و الرياضية، حيث تعاملنا مع 70 أستاذ تعليم متوسط كعينة للمبحث أتخيروا بطريقة عشوائية بلغت نسبتهم أكثر من 30% من مجتمع الدراسة (أساتذة التربية البدنية والرياضية التعليم المتوسط للولاية وهران) وقد اعتمدنا على الأدوات التالية: الملاحظة، الدراسة النظرية، الاستبيان وتوصلنا إلى أن الدورات التكوينية لها أهمية بالغة للوصول إلى وجود جودة في العملية التعليمية و قد اقترحنا في الأخير على ضرورة تكثيف وبرمجة الدورات التكوينية للأساتذة مع توفير الإمكانيات والوسائل البيداغوجية اللازمة إجراءها سواءا داخل المؤسسات التربوية أو خارجها.

L’objectif de l’étude c’était de déterminer l’impact des sessions de formation sur les processus éducatifs pour les professeurs d’éducation physique et sportive du cycle moyen dans la circonscription ouest de la wilaya d’Oran, puis d’en tirer des solutions et des recommandations dans on bénéficierait au sein et hors de la wilaya.
Les sessions de formations ont eu un impact positif dans l’amélioration de la qualité du processus éducatifs pour les enseignants d’éducation physique et sportive, Sur 70 professeurs de l’enseignement moyen choisis au hasard comme échantillon pour la recherche , le pourcentage attaint était de plus de 30% de l’ensemble de l échantillon étudier ( professeurs d’EPS du cycle moyen de la wilaya d’Oran) . Dans cette recherche nous sommes appuyés sur les méthodes suivantes:
l’observation, l’étude théorique et le questionnaire .suite aux analyses des résultats nous avons conclu que les sessions de formation sont d’une importance considérable pour parvenir à une qualité dans les processus éducatif et l’amélioration du nivaux d’enseignement Suite aux résultats requises Nous avons proposés des recommandations qu’il est nécessaire d’intensifier et de programmer les sessions de formation pour les professeurs en garantissant les articles et moyens pédagogiques nécessaires au sein et hors des établissements.

The study aimed at identifying the impact of the training courses on the quality of the educational process of the teachers of the physical and sports education with the middle schools of the western province of the State of Oran. Then the study come up with some solutions and recommendations that can be used within and outside the state. The study's hypothesis was represented in the fact that the training courses have a positive effect on improving the quality of the educational process of the teachers of the physical and sports education. We dealt with 70 teachers of middle schools as a sample of the study, they were randomly chosen , there rate amounts to more than 30% of the study community (the teachers of physical and sports education of the State of Oran). We have relied on the following tools: observation, theoretical study, questionnaire and we concluded that the training courses are very important to reach the quality in the educational process. In the latter, we have proposed the need to intensify and program the training courses for teachers with providing the necessary pedagogic capabilities and means to be carried out both inside and outside the educational institutions.This abstract translated by Dar AlMandumah Inc. 2018
