|f What has made enterprises distinguished in their business environment is the constant and continued change in all economic spheres. The intense competition for institutions and the constant changes which affected the tastes and needs of customers, have made all kinds of innovation (administrative, technical, and additional), an imperative and strategy for each organization seeking success and striving to survive. Our focus in this research was to define the concept of innovation and its importance. The role it plays in supporting the competitive advantage of the Economic Services Foundation MOBILES affiliated to Algeria Mobile Telecommunications as a model that relies on innovation as a means of keeping it and protecting its market position in a competitive economic environment.\nThis abstract translated by Dar AlMandumah Inc 2018.

|a إن ما جعل المؤسسات تتميز في بيئة أعمالها هو ذلك التغير الدائم والمستمر في جميع المجالات الاقتصادية. المنافسة الشديدة على المؤسسات والتغيرات المستمرة التي مست أذواق وحجات الزبائن، مما جعل الابتكار بأنواعه (إداري، تقني، إضافي) أمر حتمي وضرورة وإستراتيجية لكل مؤسسة تبحث على النجاح وتسعى إلى الاستمرار والبقاء. فكان تركيزنا في هذا البحث على تحديد مفهوم الابتكار وأهميته، والدور الذي يلعبه في دعم الميزة التنافسية للمؤسسة الاقتصادية الخدماتية موبليس التابعة لاتصالات الجزائر للهاتف النقال باعتبارها كنموذج تعتمد على الابتكار كوسيلة تبقيها ويحمي وضعيتها السوقية في جو اقتصادي يتميز بالتنافس.

|d Ce qui caractérise les institutions dans leur environnement de travail est leurs changements permanents et continue dans tous les domaines économiques. La concurrence et les restrictions sévères, ont rendu tous types d'innovation (administratifs, techniques...) impératifs, d'où la nécessité d'une stratégie pour chaque institution cherchant la survie et le succès. Cette recherche a pour objectif de déterminer, de manière empirique, un concept d'innovation, son importance, et son rôle dans le soutien de l'avantage concurrentiel de l'entreprise économique tout en présentant le modèle basé sur l'innovation de l'entreprise MOBILS.
