المستخلص: The quality of education outputs is one of the key pillars for achieving sustainable development through the adoption of a set of standards in higher education and scientific research institutions. Therefore, these institutions have focused either on adopting total quality management (TQM) through the establishment of a special system of quality of behavior followed, efforts, providing various tools and methods that help educational institutions achieve positive results and ensure that they continue to meet the needs of the community in which they live, or follow the methodology of obtaining academic accreditation granted by the accrediting bodies for the accreditation certificate and quality assurance through the adoption of a range of Standards and procedures to be able to improve the educational service. This research aims to identify the most important concepts related to TQM in the field of education and the requirements for its application, as well as the procedures for obtaining academic accreditation such as ISO, to conclude in the final analysis the difference between the two methodologies that can be followed by educational institutions, especially at the higher education level in Algeria.

تعد جودة مخرجات التعليم أحد الركائز الأساسية لتحقيق التنمية المستدامة من خلال الاعتماد على مجموعة من المعايير في مؤسسات التعليم العالي والبحث العلمي، لذلك ركزت هذه المؤسسات إما على تبني إدارة الجودة الشاملة )إ.ج.ش( من خلال وضع نظام خاص لجودة السلوك المتبع وتظافر الجهود، وتوفير مختلف الأدوات والأساليب التي تساعد المؤسسات التعليمية على تحقيق نتائج إيجابية وضمان استمرارها في تلبية حاجيات المجتمع الذي تعيش فيه، أو إتباع منهجية الحصول على الاعتماد الأكاديمي التي تمنحه الهيئات المانحة لشهادة الاعتماد وضمان الجودة من خلال تبني مجموعة من المعايير والإجراءات للتمكن من تحسين الخدمة التعليمية. يهدف هذا البحث إلى الوقوف على أهم المفاهيم المتعلقة ب إ.ج.ش في مجال التعليم ومتطلبات تطبيقها، إلى جانب إجراءات الحصول على الاعتماد الأكاديمي مثل الأيزو، ليخلص في الأخير على تبيين الفرق بين المنهجيتين الممكن إتباعها من طرف المؤسسات التعليمية خاصة على مستوى التعليم العالي بالجزائر.

La qualité de l'enseignement est considérée parmi les piliers du développement durable à travers le choix d’un ensemble des normes dans les établissements de l'enseignement supérieur et la recherche scientifique, basé sur l'adoption de la notion du management de la qualité totale à travers l'élaboration d'un régime spécial pour la qualité du comportement, accroître les efforts et fournir des outils et méthodes pour aider les établissements d'enseignement afin de réaliser des résultats positifs sur la satisfaction du client et d’assurer la continuité à répondre aux besoins de la société. Ainsi sur une méthodologie d’obtenir l'accréditation académique fournis par des organisations de la certification qualité à travers l'adoption d'un ensemble de critères et procédures pour améliorer le service de l’enseignement. Cette recherche tente de décrire et d’expliquer les concepts les plus importants du management de la qualité totale dans l'enseignement et les exigences de leur application, puis l'adoption de l'ISO, afin de déterminer la différence entre les deux méthodes peuvent être suivies par les établissements de l’enseignement surtout au niveau de l'enseignement supérieur en Algérie.
