المستخلص: Total Quality Management (TQM) is one of the most influential management theories. It has become one of the most interested and powerful subjects in higher education institutions. Any organization seeking to achieve the highest quality, which leads them to success through complete satisfaction of customer preferences in terms of product or service they offer with the best performance and profitability, in addition to good results, the company guarantees high-efficiency products as one of the most critical elements of competitive advantage in the labor market. The signs of interest among researchers are evident in the organization of conferences, seminars, and undertaking courses. Therefore, under this research paper, we attempt to answer the reality of applying total quality management in higher education institutions, especially in the south-west of Algeria.

تعد إدارة الجودة الشاملة (مانجمنت الجودة الشاملة TQM) من نظريات الإدارة الأكثر نفوذا. حيث أصبحت من الموضوعات الأكثر اهتماما في مؤسسات التعليم العالي وقوة أي منظمة تسعى لتحقيق أعلى مستوى من الجودة. التي تقود المؤسسات إلى النجاح من خلال الرضا التام لتفضيلات العملاء من حيث المنتج أو الخدمة التي تقدمها بأفضل الأداء والربحية بالإضافة إلى نتائج جيدة تضمن للمؤسسة منتجات عالية الكفاءة باعتبارها واحدة من أهم عناصر الميزة التنافسية في سوق العمل. ويظهر ذلك جليا بوادر الاهتمام عند الباحثين في المؤتمرات، الندوات والدورات ... عليه من خلال هذه الورقة البحثية نحاول الإجابة عن واقع تطبيق إدارة الجودة الشاملة في مؤسسات التعليم العالي خصوصا بالجنوب الغربي للجزائر.

De nos jours, la gestion de la qualité totale (Mangement de la Qualité Totale TQM) est la théorie du management la plus influente. Elle est devenu un thème important pour les établissements d'enseignement supérieur et l'effort de toute organisation visant à obtenir la meilleure qualité , qui conduisent l'entreprise vers le succès à travers la totale satisfaction du client qui préfère le produit ou le service qui lui offre des meilleures performances ainsi que la rentabilité et des bons résultats pour l’entreprise afin d’assurer un produit d'efficacité élevé comme étant l'un des éléments les plus importants de l'avantage concurrentiel dans le marché du travail. Ceci montre évident d'intérêt à travers les chercheurs dans les conférences, les séminaires et les cours ... Par le biais de cet article, nous essayons de répondre à la réalité de la mise en application de la TQM dans les établissements de l'enseignement supérieur, en particulier dans le sud-ouest de l'Algérie.
