المستخلص: تهدف هذه الدراسة إلى معرفة "معوقات تطبيق إدارة الجودة الشاملة في مؤسسات التعليم العالي من وجهة نظر أعضاء هيئة التدريس، جامعة المسيلة، حيث تم إعداد استبان احتوى على خمسة أبعاد تتعلق بالمعوقات التي تحد من عملية تطبيق إدارة الجودة الشاملة في مؤسسات التعليم العالي، كما تم تحديد مجتمع البحث المكون من أعضاء هيئة التدريس في كلية العلوم الاقتصادية والتجارية وعلوم التسيير لجامعة المسيلة، وقد بلغت الاستبيانات الصالحة للتحليل 40 استبانة أظهرت نتائج الدراسة أن هناك معوقات تحد من عملية تطبيق إدارة الجودة الشاملة في مؤسسات التعليم العالي، على مستوى الجانب التنظيمي والتي تمثلت أبرزها في "الافتقار إلى معايير موضوعية لقياس أداء التنظيمي". وعلى المستوى الجانب الإداري والتي كان أبرزها "وجود درجة عالية من المركزية في اتخاذ القرارات في الجامعة". وعلى مستوى البشري والتي كان أبرزها "ضعف اهتمام الطلبة بمفهوم وتبني تطبيق إدارة الجودة واعتبارها مسؤولية الجميع". على المستوى المالي والتي كان أبرزها "الاعتماد على الاعتمادات المالية المخصصة من طرف الوزارة فقط".
