|d L’objet de cet article était d’essayer d’étudier les répercussions de la localisation sur le commerce, nous avons proposé une modélisation empirique appliquée aux industries manufacturières domestiques. Nous avons testé la relation entre les exportations et les importations de ces industries et les investissements directs étrangers en utilisant un modèle VECM. Nous présentons trois grandes sections : une première relative à la nature de la relation entre les IDE et le commerce dans la littérature. Une deuxième section, nous exposons la politique de l’Algérie en matière d'IDE en mettant l'accent sur les principales mesures incitatives mises en place par les autorités de ce pays. La troisième section c’est une description de l’IDE par secteur d’activité industrielle en Algérie. Dans la dernière section présentera les répercussions des investissements directs sur les échanges des industries manufacturières algériennes, nous présentons notre modèle économétrique et nous commentons les principaux résultats des estimations effectuées.

|a الهدف من هذا البحث هو محاولة دراسة تأثير التموقع على التجارة الدولية، لهذا الغرض اقترحنا نمذجة قياسية على القطاعات الصناعية الجزائرية واختبرنا العلاقة بين الصادرات والواردات في هذه القطاعات والاستثمار الأجنبي المباشر باستخدام نموذج VECM. قسم هذا البحث إلى ثلاثة أقسام رئيسية هي: قسم الأول يعرض أهم النظريات التي تناولت طبيعة العلاقة بين الاستثمار الأجنبي المباشر والتجارة. قسم الثاني عبارة عن تحليل لسياسة الجزائر فيما يخص الاستثمار الأجنبي المباشر مع التركيز على الحوافز الرئيسية التي نفذت من قبل السلطات بالإضافة لدراسة وصفية لواقع للاستثمار الأجنبي المباشر بكل القطاعات في الجزائر. أما القسم الأخير فهو دراسة قياسية لأثر الاستثمار الأجنبي المباشر على التجارة الدولية للقطاعات المحلية، حيث يقدم نموذج اقتصادي قياسي مع التعليق على النتائج.

|b The object of this article was to try to study the repercussions of the location on trade; we proposed an empirical modelling applied to the domestic manufacturing industries. We tested the relation between the exports and the imports of these industries and the foreign direct investments by using a model VECM. We present three big sections: the first one concerning the nature of the relation enters IDE and trade the literature. The second section, we expose the politics of Algeria regarding IDE by putting the accent on the main incentive measures organized by the authorities of this country. The third section it is a description of IDE by business sector manufacturer in Algeria. In the last section will present the repercussions of the direct investments on the exchanges of the Algerian manufacturing industries, we present our econometric model and we comment on the main results of the made estimations.
