المستخلص: Despite the technological progress in the carpet industry and the diversity of its designs, the eastern carpets (handmade) remain the most sought after despite their high price due to the charm that it gives to the house that elevates its value. Especially since the time factors don't affect it, but its value increases over time. This type is made of pure wool or cotton and silk, making it more resistant to moisture and damage. The price of its piece is determined by size, the number of nodes per inch, and craftsmanship in manufacturing and design. The more accurate the drawing is and carries multiple details and more nodes, the higher its material and aesthetic value as well.
And the dresses luxury items are one of the non-essentials that are added to improve and beautify the look, i.e., they are additions or pieces, whether trimmings or accessories that highlight the model in terms of more elegance and beauty affected by several factors when designing them. Among the most important are the raw materials used in the production of the non-essentials, the function it will perform, and the general idea of the luxury model. Through the aesthetics of the carpet and the splendor of the stitches used in it came the idea of the current research on the use of handmade carpets in the production of non-essentials of the dresses, especially necklaces for women's dresses non-essentials.
Skill is to perform work accurately and quickly, with minimal costs, and skills of a developmental nature grow from the way of a series of practices directed by using feedback, etc. They are complex patterns of behavior highly organized, and the best way to teach them is to practice under the guidance of the teacher.
The problem of this study is the poor practical skills of art education students while designing dresses non-essentials through hand carpet techniques. This was demonstrated through the exploratory experience and personal interview of the teaching staff of art education students; it was also found that there is a dearth of planned educational programs in this field, which gives art education students a new professional field. Through the aesthetics of carpets and the nodes used in it came the idea of the current research to use handmade carpets in the production of necklaces as non-essential to women's dresses.
Hence, the problem of research can be formulated in the question of what is the extent of benefitting from a proposed program to develop practical skills for art education students through the design of dresses non-essentials in the style of handmade carpets.
The importance of this research is due to the production of a teaching program that helps develop the skills, technical and productive aspects of art education students and may help them set up small projects, thereby generating an economic return.
The research aims to develop the practical skills of art education students in carpet work by teaching the proposed program and training art education students on dresses non-essentials using the hand carpet technique.

رغم التقدم التكنولوجي في صناعة السجاد وتنوع تصاميمه، يبقي السجاد الشرقي (اليدوي) بما يضفيه من سحر على المنزل يرتقي بقيمته، الأكثر طلبا رغم غلاء ثمنه، لا سيما أنه لا يتأثر بعوامل الزمن، بل تزداد قيمته مع الوقت. ويصنع هذا النوع من الصوف الخالص أو القطن والحرير مما يجعله أكثر مقاومة للرطوبة والتلف، ويتحدد سعر قطعته بحسب الحجم وعدد العقد في البوصة والجودة الحرفية في التصنيع والتصميم. وكلما كان الرسم دقيقا ويحمل تفاصيل متعددة وعقدا كثيرة ارتفعت قيمته المادية والجمالية أيضا.
ومكملات الزي من الكماليات التي تضاف لتحسين وتجميل المظهر أي أنها إضافات أو قطع سواء كانت كلف أو إكسسوارات تبرز الموديل أكثر رونقا وجمالا متأثرة بعدة عوامل عند القيام بتصميمها من أهمها الخامات المستخدمة في إنتاج المكمل والوظيفة التي سيقوم بها والفكرة العامة لموديل المكمل. ومن خلال جماليات السجاد وروعة الغرز المستخدمة فيه جاءت فكرة البحث الحالي لاستخدام السجاد اليدوي في إنتاج مكملات الزي وبخاصة القلادات لمكملات الزي النسائي.
والمهارة هي أداء العمل بدقة وسرعة، وبأقل تكاليف، والمهارات ذات طبيعة نمائية تنمو عن طريقة سلسلة من الممارسات الموجهة باستخدام التغذية الراجعة وغيرها وهي أنماط معقدة من السلوك منظمة تنظيما عاليا وأفضل طريقة لتعليمها هي الممارسة في ظل توجيه وإرشاد من قبل المعلم.
تتلخص مشكلة هذه الدراسة في ضعف المهارات العملية لطلاب التربية الفنية أثناء تصميم مكملات زي من خلال تقنيات السجاد اليدوي، وقد تبين ذلك من خلال التجربة الاستطلاعية والمقابلة الشخصية للقائمين بالتدريس لطلاب التربية الفنية، حيث تبين وجود ندرة في البرامج التعليمية المخططة في هذا المجال، مما يتيح لطلاب التربية الفنية مجالا مهنيا جديدا. ومن خلال جماليات السجاد والعقد المستخدمة فيه جاءت فكرة البحث الحالي لاستخدام السجاد اليدوي في إنتاج قلادات كمكملات للزي النسائي ومن هنا يمكن صياغة مشكلة البحث في السؤال ما مدى الإفادة من برنامج مقترح لتنمية المهارات العملية لطلاب التربية الفنية من خلال تصميم مكملات زي بأسلوب السجاد اليدوي.
وترجع أهمية هذا البحث إلى إنتاج برنامج تدريسي يساعد في تنمية الجوانب المهارية والفنية والإنتاجية لطلاب التربية الفنية، وقد يساعدهم في إقامة مشروعات صغيرة مما يدر عليهم عائد اقتصادي.
ويهدف البحث إلى تنمية المهارات العملية لطلاب التربية الفنية في أشغال السجاد من خلال تدريس البرنامج المقترح، وكذلك تدريب طلاب التربية الفنية على مكملات زي بالاستفادة من تقنية السجاد اليدوي.
