المستخلص: الزي المدرسي من القضايا الهامة التي تشغل المنظومة التعليمية في كل أرجاء العالم فكل مدرسة تفرض زيا ترتجي من خلاله أهدافا ورؤى تكمل بها إطارها التعليمي لما له من أهمية تعود بالنفع علي الإدارة المدرسية وأولياء الأمور والتلاميذ ومنها: المساواة بين التلاميذ وتقوية انتمائهم للمدرسة فضلا عن حفظ النظام والظهور بمظهر حسن، هذا وطبيعة التلاميذ في المرحلة الابتدائية وما يصاحبها من مظاهر للنمو، إلى جانب طبيعة المدارس الحكومية المصرية من تكدس قد يصل إلى ٨٠ تلميذ وتلميذة مع تدني الحالة الإنشائية للمباني والفصول، يقتضي إيجاد المتطلبات الخاصة بالزي المدرسي لهذا السن سواء من ناحية الخامات أو خطوط التصميم أو أساليب التنفيذ. لذا يهدف البحث الحالي إلى تحديد مدى توافر مواصفات قياسية "محلية– عالمية " للزي المدرسي للمرحلة الابتدائية، من خلال مراجعة: وزارة التربية والتعليم– الهيئة المصرية للقياس والجودة -أدلة المواصفات القياسية الأمريكية ASTM"،"AATCC، كما يهدف إلى تحديد مدى جودة الزي المدرسي المستخدم لتلميذات المرحلة الابتدائية بالمدارس الحكومية، من خلال استمارة الاستبيان الأولى التي أعدتها الباحثة ووجهت إلى عينة من الأمهات بواقع" ٢٣٢٠ " مفردة. بالإضافة إلى استخلاص وتحديد متطلبات زي تلميذات هذه المرحلة العمرية، إذ تمكنت الباحثة من تحقيق ذلك في ضوء نتائج الدراسة الاستطلاعية والأهداف السابقة إلى جانب إعداد استمارة الاستبيان الثانية وتوجيهها إلى عينة من تلميذات المرحلة الابتدائية " ١٢:٦ سنوات" بواقع "١٠٣٠" مفردة وكذلك أمهاتهن بواقع " ١٧٧٠ " مفردة، وتم تطبيق البحث في "٢٠ " مدرسة حكومية بمحافظات "القاهرة- الجيزة – القليوبية" كعينة من محافظات الجمهورية لما تمتاز به من وجود إدارات تعليمية متباينة في المستوى الاجتماعي والاقتصادي، إذ كانت ممثلة لثلاث مستويات للمكان "راقي– متوسط- شعبي" خلال العام الدراسي 2015 – 2016
وقد توصلت الدراسة إلى وجود قصور في توافر مواصفات قياسية "محلية-عالمية " للزي المدرسي للمرحلة الابتدائية وكذلك في جودة الزي المدرسي المستخدم لتلميذات المرحلة الابتدائية بالمدارس الحكومية. كما توصلت إلى عدد من متطلبات زي تلميذات المرحلة الابتدائية بالمدارس الحكومية وتحديدها في ثلاثة متطلبات خاصة بخامات وتصميم وإنتاج الزي المدرسي.


School uniform is one of the important issues that occupy the educational system all over the world. Every school imposes a uniform that aims to achieve goals and visions that complement its educational framework because of its importance that benefits the school administration, parents, and students, including equality between students and strengthening their belonging to the school as well as maintaining order and displaying a good appearance, this and the nature of students in the primary stage and the accompanying manifestations of growth, in addition to the nature of Egyptian public schools of overcrowding that may reach 80 male and female students with the poor constructional condition of buildings and classrooms, requires finding special demands of school uniform for this age, whether in terms of materials, design lines, or methods of execution. Therefore, the current research aims to determine the availability of "local - international" standard specifications for school uniforms for the primary stage by reviewing: The Ministry of Education - The Egyptian Organization for Standardization and Quality - American Standard Specification Guides ASTM, "AATCC," and also aims to determine the quality of school uniforms used for primary school students in government schools, through the first questionnaire form prepared by the researcher and given to a sample of mothers with "2320" individuals. In addition to extracting and defining the uniform requirements of the schoolgirls of this age group. The researcher was able to achieve this in light of the results of the survey and the previous objectives, in addition to preparing the second questionnaire and giving it to "1030" sample of primary school students of "12:6 years, as well as their "1770", and the research was applied in "20" public schools in the governorates of "Cairo - Giza - Qalyubia" as a sample of the governorates of the Republic because of the presence of different educational administrations at the social and economic level, as they were representative of three levels of the place "upscale - average- downscale, during the 2015-2016 school year.
The study found shortcomings in the availability of "local-international" standard specifications for primary school uniforms and the quality of school uniforms used for primary school girls in government schools. It also concluded a number of requirements for the uniforms of primary school students in public schools and identified them in three requirements related to materials, design, and production of school uniforms.
