المستخلص: Les ressources humaines sont l'une des normes de base qui mesurent la richesse des nations, en tant que composants les plus importants du capital et des actifs influents la situation économique et sociale des pays.
La concurrence et la qualité sont les principes qui marquent l'économie d'aujourd'hui. Cela dit les petites et moyennes entreprises sont un pôle d'attraction des meilleures compétences humaines. La sélection et l’affectation assurent la réadaptation et l’amélioration des possibilités pour atteindre le niveau de qualité souhaité afin d’obtenir un avantage concurrentiel et d’en assurer la continuité.


تعتبر الموارد البشرية من المقاييس الأساسية التي تقاس بها ثروة الأمم باعتبارها أهم مكونات رأس المال والأصول المؤثرة في الوضع الاقتصادي والاجتماعي للدول.
وإذا كانت المنافسة والجودة هما مبدآن تقوم عليهما اقتصاديات اليوم، فإن المؤسسات الصغيرة والمتوسطة تعد محور استقطاب أحسن المهارات البشرية، واختيارها وتعيينها وتدريبها وتقديم حوافز لها، وتوفير فرص التأهيل والترقية، لبلوغ المستوي المطلوب من الجودة لتحقيق الميزة التنافسية وضمان الاستمرارية.


Human resources are one of the basic measures by which the wealth of nations is measured. It is considered the most important component of capital and assets that affect the economic and social status of countries.
While competition and quality are principles on which today's economies base, SMEs are the focus of attracting the best human skills, selecting, recruiting, training and providing incentives for them, besides providing qualification and promotion opportunities to achieve the required level of quality to achieve competitive advantage and ensure sustainability.
