المستخلص: Cette étude vise à déterminer la relation entre l'investissement dans le capital humain et le développement de l'entreprise privée, parmi ces entreprises nous avons choisi l’entreprise Pacific qu’elle s’exerce dans le domaine de l'électronique à Bou Arreridj. Pour préparer l’étude pratique nous avons collecté des informations dans un questionnaire comprend des phrases liées à le variable indépendant et le variable dépendant, à travers l’analyse du questionnaire, toutes les hypothèses ont été confirmées, et nous avons conclu qu'il y a un fort impact positif sur la relation entre les variables d'étude.

This study aims to highlight and identify the relationship between investment in human capital and the development of private enterprises, from which we have chosen the Pacific Electronic Industry Corporation in Bordj Bou Arreridj as a model for the applied study. We collected the information from which the analysis process benefited a questionnaire, which included a set of phrases related to the independent variable (investment in human capital) and the dependent variable (institutional development). After analyzing the answers provided by the respondents, all the hypotheses of the study confirmed, and therefore, we concluded the presence of a positive impact and strong relationship between the two study variables.

تهدف هذه الدراسة إلى إبراز وتحديد العلاقة بين الاستثمار في راس المال البشري وتطوير المؤسسات الخاصة، التي اخترنا منها كنموذج للدراسة التطبيقية مؤسسة باسيفيك pacific للصناعة الالكترونية ببرج بوعريريج، وقد قمنا بجمع المعلومات التي استفدنا منها عملية التحليل استبيان، تضمن مجموعة من العبارات المتعلقة بالمتغير المستقل (الاستثمار في راس المال البشري)، والمتغير التابع (تطوير المؤسسات)، وبعد عملية التحليل لإجابات المبحوثين، تم تأكيد جميع فرضيات الدراسة واستنتجنا أن هناك أثر إيجابي وعلاقة قوية بين متغيري الدراسة.
