المستخلص: Cet article présente une étude analytique-descriptive du rôle des banques en Algérie durant les trois dernières années, considérées comme le pivot de la distribution des richesses, qui permet d’attirer les ressources et les concéder sous forme de crédits. Cependant, malgré toutes les réformes bancaires accomplies par l'Etat Algérien, le système bancaire national reste inefficace et très peu performant en raison des difficultés à mettre en oeuvre pour de telles transformations par les différentes institutions, en vue d’améliorer la sphère bancaire.

نقدم هذه الورقة دراسة تحليلية وصفية للدور البنوك في الجزائر خلال السنوات الثلاث الماضية، والذي يعتبر العمود الفقري لتوزيع الثروة، وذلك بمنحها على شكل قروض. ومع ذلك وعلى الرغم من كل الإصلاحات المصرفية التي قامت بها الدولة الجزائرية إلا انه لايزال النظام المصرفي الوطني عاجزا وغير فعال بسبب الصعوبات والعقبات التي يعاني منها.

This paper presents an analytical-descriptive study of the role of banks in Algeria during the last three years, considered the backbone of the distribution of wealth, which attracts resources and grant the form of credits. However, despite all the banking reforms undertaken by the Algerian State, the national banking system remains inefficient and very inefficient because of the difficulties to implement such changes by the various institutions, to improve the banking sphere.
