|d Le contrôle de la constitutionnalité des lois est considéré comme l’un des points proéminents des garanties approuvées par les constitutions pour protéger les droits et libertés des citoyens et pour imposer l’état du droit. C’est pourquoi, ce contrôle fut prescrit dans le premier décret que la république algérienne a connu en 1963, et ce, en créant le conseil constitutionnel commis pour faire respecter la constitution. Et depuis, le contrôle de la constitutionnalité des lois a connu des développements successifs dont le dernier s’est réalisé en vertu de la modification de la constitution en 2016, Vu l’importance du sujet, cette étude a pour objet de rechercher l’importance des réformes visant à consolider le contrôle de la constitutionnalité des lois en Algérie comprises dans cette modification.

|a تعتبر الرقابة على دستورية القوانين من أبرز الضمانات التي أقرتها الدساتير لحماية حقوق وحريات المواطنين، وتكريس دولة الحق والقانون، لذا تم تكريسها في أول دستور عرفته الجمهورية الجزائرية سنة 1963، وذلك من خلال إنشاء مجلس دستوري كلف بالسهر على احترام الدستور، ومنذ ذلك الوقت شهدت الرقابة على دستورية القوانين تطورات متلاحقة كان أخرها بموجب التعديل الدستوري لسنة 2016 ولأهمية الموضوع جاءت هذه الدراسة من أجل بحث مدى أهمية الإصلاحات التي جاء بها هذا التعديل في تدعيم الرقابة على دستورية القوانين في الجزائر؟.

|f Supervision of the constitutionality of laws is one of the most prominent guarantees established in the Constitutions to protect the rights and freedoms of citizens, and to establish the state of law and law. It was therefore enshrined in the first Constitution known by the Algerian Republic in 1963. This is through the establishment of a Constitutional Council charged with ensuring respect for the Constitution. Since then, the review of the constitutionality of laws has witnessed successive developments, the most recent of which was under the constitutional amendment of 2016. In view of the importance of the subject, this study was aimed at examining the extent to which the reforms introduced by this amendment are important in strengthening oversight of the constitutionality of laws in Algeria.\nThis abstract translated by Dar AlMandumah Inc 2018.
