|a هدفت الدراسة إلى التعرف على ممارسة التفكير الإبداعي لمعلمي العلوم للمرحلة الابتدائية ومدى تحقيقها لتطلعات المستقبل. والتعرف على المعوقات التي تحد من مهارات التفكير الإبداعي لدى معلمي العلوم بمدارس التعليم الابتدائي والتعرف على العوامل المحفزة للتفكير الإبداعي لمعلمي العلوم للمرحلة الابتدائية. والتعرف على الإمكانيات المادية والبشرية المناسبة لتحقيق التفكير الإبداعي في مجال تعليم العلوم. اعتمدت الدراسة على المنهج الوصفي لجمع المعلومات وتحليلها، ومجتمع الدراسة هو مشرفي مادة العلوم في المرحلة الابتدائية بمنطقة منطقة تبوك وعددهم (13 مشرف)، وهي العينة بالكامل. واعتمدت الدراسة على استبانة لاستطلاع رأى مشرفي مادة العلوم للمرحلة الابتدائية حول ممارسة مهارات التفكير الإبداعي. وخرجت نتائج الدراسة تؤكد على أن تنمية مهارات التفكير الإبداعي تشجع الطلاب على استنتاج علاقات جديدة وتفسيرها بشكل علمي يساير العصر. وقصور محتوى المنهج المدرسي من أكبر معوقات تنمية مهارات الأبداع لدى الطلاب والمعلمين. ويحتاج المعلم دائما للدعم المعنوي والمادي بالإضافة إلى تجهيز المعامل بالتقنية الحديثة لتهيئة المناخ لممارسة التفكير الإبداعي للطلاب. والاهتمام بتفعيل الأنشطة وحضور الملتقيات والفعاليات يؤدي لتنشيط الذاكرة البحثية والنقدية للمعلم ويزيد من تحفيزه لطلابه على استخدام استراتيجية العصف الذهني. وتفعيل التنافسية الدائمة بين الطلاب لتشجيع الطاقات الذهنية على الأبداع.

|b The study aimed to identify the practice of creative thinking for science teachers of primary school and the extent to which they meet the aspirations of the future. Identify obstacles that limit the creative thinking skills of science teachers in primary schools and identify the motivational factors of creative thinking of primary science teachers. And to identify the appropriate material and human resources to achieve creative thinking in the field of science education. The study was based on the descriptive approach to information collection and analysis. The study population is the supervisor of science at the primary level in the area of Tabuk region (13 supervisors), which is the whole sample. The study was based on a survey of the opinion of the supervisors of science for the primary stage on the practice of creative .thinking skills. The results of the study emphasize that the development of creative thinking skills encourage students to infer new relationships and interpret them in a scientific way. The lack of curriculum content is one of the biggest obstacles to the development of creativity skills among students and teachers. The teacher always needs moral and material support as well as equipping laboratories with modern technology to create a climate for practicing creative thinking for students. And interest in activating activities and attend meetings and events leads to stimulate the research and monetary memory of the teacher and increases the motivation for students to use brainstorming strategy. And activating permanent competitiveness among students to encourage mental energies to creativity.
