المستخلص: The subject of exploring the future is considered One Of The Most Significant Sciences For Which the state should pay great care and attention, as it draw the objectives and determine aims, and based on these two matters regulations are established and laws are legislated relying in that on the Quran and Sunnah, since future can be explored and plans can be drawn only in light of the provisions of these two revelations since nothing was overlooked by Allah in these two revelations. All that which nation's need is found within the provisions of these two revelations; it is the straight path in which night is similar to daytime. That justifies the great significance of this study for policy makers who make plans for the nation's political future. Thus, intensifying prospective research looking forward to the future helps in guiding the nations to the correct path, and that is a matter that is noticed in developed countries since it gives strong attention to that aspect. One of the objectives of this research study is to clarify the meaning of future exploration to avoid mixing it with the concept of prophetic missionaries, and tie up the nation to the book of its God and the Sunnah of its prophet Mohammad peace be upon him, and the statement of political stages that the nation has passed through, exploring its political future, and stating some manifestation that assist the legislature and help him establish laws in light of which the future of the nation is achieved. One of the most important results and recommendations is that exploring the future is a study science that is vitally needed to enable drawing the plan which Islamic nation has to walk with to achieve what is requested, and that is due to the concomitance between future exploration and legislating, provided that the work should be done based on methodologies of the universe, recommending the need for concomitance between mastered hard work and belief in destiny, in accordance with what is been legislated by Allah whether results has been achieved or not, and avoiding innovation in religion, and studying the past to extract lessons from it, and identifying the reality and planning for the future.

علم استشراف المستقبل من أهم العلوم التي يجب على الدولة العناية به إذ هو يرسم الأهداف ويحدد الغايات، وبناء على هذين الأمرين توضع الأنظمة وتسن اللوائح، والاعتماد في هذا على الكتاب والسنة، فبنصوص هذين الوحيين يستشرف المستقبل وترسم الخطط، إذ لم يفرط الله فيهما من شيء، فكل ما تحتاجه الأمة موجود في نصوص هذين الوحيين فهما محجة بيضاء ليلها كنهارها. ومن هنا تأتي أهمية هذا البحث بالنسبة لراسمي مستقبل الأمة السياسي فتكثيف الدراسة الاستشرافية المتطلعة للمستقبل تعين على تحديد مسار الأمة إلى الاتجاه الصحيح، وهذا أمر ملاحظ في الدول المتقدمة حيث لها عناية قوية بهذا الجانب. ومن أهداف هذا البحث؛ توضيح معنى استشراف المستقبل بحيث لا يختلط مع مفهوم المبشرات النبوية، وربط الأمة بكتاب ربها وسنة نبيها محمد صلى الله عليه وسلم، وبيان المراحل السياسية التي مرت بها الأمة، استشرافا لمستقبلها السياسي، وبيانا لبعض المعالم التي تعين المنظم وتساعده بوضع أنظمة يتحقق على ضوئها مستقبل الأمة السياسي. ومن أهم النتائج والتوصيات؛ أن استشراف المستقبل علم مهم لوضع الخطة التي تسير عليها الأمة الإسلامية لتحقيق المطلوب منها، وذلك للتلازم بين استشراف المستقبل وسن الأنظمة، وأن يكون العمل وفق السنن الكونية، والتوصية بالتلازم بين العمل الجاد المتقن وبين الإيمان بالقدر، وذلك وفق ما شرع الله سواء تحققت النتائج أو لم تتحقق، والابتعاد عن الابتداع في الدين، ودراسة الماضي لأخذ العبرة منه والتعرف على الواقع والتخطيط للمستقبل.
