يمثل موضوع رعاية الموهوبين من الموضوعات الملحة في العلوم التربوية وذلك لأنه يتعلق بفئة لها دور أساسي في تكوين شخصية الأمم وبناء حضارتها. ولقد اهتمت السنة النبوية بالموهوبين وطرق رعايتهم ووسائل توجيههم لتسخير طاقاتهم وقدراتهم في تحقيق ذاتهم أولا ثم لخدمة أمتهم ودينهم ثانيا، ولعل من أبرز الموهوبين في تاريخ الأمة كلا من: عبد الله بن عباس وأسامة بن زيد، وحسان بن ثابت، وأبو محذور الجمحي رضى الله عنهم وكان للرعاية النبوية لهؤلاء الصحابة دورا أساسيا في الكشف عن موهبتهم وتنميتها وتطويرها وقد قسمت الدراسة إلى مقدمة وثلاثة مباحث: الأول: مفهوم الموهوبين وخصائصهم، الثاني: الرعاية النبوية للموهوبين من الصحابة، الثالث: خصائص الرعاية النبوية لموهبة الصحابة الموهوبين، ثم النتائج والتوصيات التي توصل إليها الباحثون ومنها أن السنة النبوية أولت الموهوبين رعاية خاصة وفق منهج واضح ومتميز، كما احتلت القيم التربوية الإسلامية المحمدية مكانة مرموقة وبارزة في المنهج النبوي الذي عالج قضايا التربية من أصغر قضية إلى أكبرها عن طريق البناء الفكري والمعرفي وإحاطة المسلمين الناشئة بالمحصنات والمعززات الاجتماعية والتربوية المناسبة التي تسهم بشكل فعال في تشكيل وترسيخ قيمهم وسلوكهم.
The theme of caring for talented people is one of the most pressing topics in educational sciences because it concerns a group that plays a key role in shaping the character of security and building its civilizations, the Prophetic Sunna has focused on the talented and the ways of caring and the means of directing them to harness their energies and abilities in achieving their own first and their nation, religion second. Perhaps, the most prominent talents in the nation history: Abdullah ibn Abbas, Osama ibn Zaid, Hassan ibn Thabit and Ibn Mahzor Al-Jamhi may Allah be please with them. The prophetic care of these discoing companions has been instrumental in uncovering developing their talents. The study has been divided into three chapters: first, the concept of talented people and their characteristics, second, the prophetic care of the companions, third, the characteristics of the prophetic care of the companions' talent. Results and recommendations reached by researchers include: the Prophetic Sunna gave the talented people special care according to a clear and distinctive process. The Islamic educational Mohammedia values have also assumed prominence in the prophetic approach which addressed the issues of education from the smallest to the largest through intellectual and cognitive construction and to inform the emerging Muslims of the appropriate social and educational fortifications and reinforcements that contribute effectively to the formation and consolidation of their values and behavior.
