|b The aim of this study is to measure the tendency for the application of the Value Innovation Development (VID) Model by the leadership of the Hasnawi Construction Complex. The application of the VID model should help the leadership achieve growth and direct its management of innovation. A questionnaire consisting of (38) questions was designed to include all the dimensions of the proposed model addressed to a representative sample of the (29) Executive Directors of the complex. In order to present and analyze the data obtained from the research sample, the statistical program (SPSS, V, 18) was used for the purpose of extracting arithmetic averages that determine the direction of the responses and their effect on the search variables that were embodied in the questionnaire. The standard deviation was also calculated to measure the dispersion in the responses from the arithmetic mean. The coefficient of variation was also one of the methods used to determine the degree of consistency in the responses of the sample items. The results of the study showed that there is a positive tendency in the sample of the research towards the dimensions of the Value Innovation Development Model. And that the leadership of Hasnawi Building Complex depends in its management of innovation on all dimensions but with varying degrees of importance. Therefore it is automatically moving towards adopting the proposed innovation management model.

|a تهدف هذه الدراسة إلى قياس اتجاهات القيادة في مجمع حسناوي للبناء نحو تطبيق نموذج تطوير قيمة الابتكار The Value Innovation Development (VID)Model الذي يساعدها في تحقيق النمو ويوجهها في إدارتها للابتكار. حيث صممت استبانة مكونة من (38) سؤالا تشمل الأبعاد الأساسية للنموذج المقترح وجهت إلى عينة من المدراء التنفيذيين للمجمع والبالغ عددهم (29) فرداً. وبهدف تحليل وعرض البيانات المتحصل عليها من عينة البحث تم الاعتماد على البرنامج الإحصائي (SPSS, V, 18) لغرض استخراج المتوسطات الحسابية التي تمكن من تحديد اتجاه الإجابات وتأثيرها على متغيرات البحث التي تجسدت في أسئلة الاستبانة. كما جرى احتساب الانحراف المعياري لتوضيح درجة التشتت في الإجابات عن وسطها الحسابي، كذلك فإن معامل الاختلاف كان من ضمن الأساليب المعتمدة من أجل التعرف على درجة الانسجام في إجابات مفردات العينة. حيث أظهرت نتائج الدراسة أن هناك ميلا إيجابيا واضحا لدى أفراد عينة البحث نحو أبعاد نموذج تطوير قيمة الابتكار، وأن قيادة مجمع حسناوي للبناء تعتمد في إدارتها للابتكار على جميع الأبعاد لكن بدرجات أهمية مختلفة، وهي تتجه تلقائيا نحو اعتماد نموذج إدارة الابتكار المقترح.
