The research includes chapters, research and definitions of the research language and terminology, as well as includes the definitions of time management in the administration and then the chapters and the research consists of five chapters and each chapter by the detective. First, the first chapter is time management and contains three topics, the first topic on the concepts of time and the second topic on time planning and the third section talks about the waste of time. The second chapter is the importance of time in Islam. It contains three chapters: the first on time in the Qur'an, the second on time in the Sunnah and the third on time planning in Islam. And the third chapter, how to divide and its relationship to wages and administrative division and promotions consists of four sections of the first working hours and the different types of government departments, the second relationship of wages (salaries) and its impact on work and the third study the impact of time on promotions and the fourth section how to invest time in government departments and institutions. The fourth chapter is how to manage time at work and consists of three questions I talk about the description of work (profession) and requirements. The third topic talks about the importance of supervision in time management. The fifth chapter is the field study how to manage time in the management of the national service and includes the following: The first topic of the definition of the National Service Department in Khartoum State. The second section includes time management in the management of the national service and includes three parts: a. Temporal: time control. b. Spatial: National Service Administration (General Coordinator of National Service). c. Study tools for data analysis in the field study: a) Note. b) Interview. c) The questionnaire. d) Reports. The third topic is to review the data of the field study and the fourth topic contains the following: a. Test hypotheses. b. Results. c. Recommendations. At the end of the research, references and sources of research and supplements.
