|a هدفت هذه الدراسة إلى التعرف على الأطر المفاهيمية للحوكمة المؤسسية للجامعات والكشف عن القوى والعوامل المؤثرة في حوكمة الجامعات في دول المقارنة (هولندا وجنوب أفريقيا) والتعرف على أوجه الشبه والاختلاف بين خبرات دول المقارنة في حوكمة الجامعات، والتوصل إلى واقع تطبيق حوكمة الجامعات في السعودية ومن ثم التوصل إلى الآليات المناسبة التي يمكن من خلالها الاستفادة من خبرات دول المقارنة في حوكمة الجامعات في المملكة. \nوقد تحددت أوجه المقارنة في كل مما يلي: أهداف الحوكمة، ومبادئ الحوكمة، وإجراءات الحوكمة ومعايير الحوكمة بين دول المقارنة. \nوتوصلت الباحثة من خبرات دول المقارنة في حوكمة الجامعات إلى عدد من المعطيات يمكن تطبيقها في جامعة المملكة من أهمها وضع وثيقة للحوكمة المؤسسية في الجامعات، ومشاركة عملية الحوكمة المؤسسية، وتطوير إدارة الموارد المالية والتوجه نحو اللامركزية في الجامعات. \n

|f This study aimed to identify the conceptual frameworks of institutional governance of universities and to identify the forces and factors influencing university governance in the comparing countries (the Netherlands and South Africa). It also seeks to identify the similarities and differences between the experiences of comparative countries in university governance and reach the reality of applying the governance of universities in Saudi Arabia. The study further seeks to reach the appropriate mechanisms through which to benefit from the experiences of the comparative countries in the governance of universities in the Kingdom.\nComparisons have been made in each of the following: governance objectives, governance principles, governance procedures and standards of governance among the countries being compared. \nThe researcher, from the experiences of comparison countries in the governance of universities, reached a number of data that can be applied in the Saudi University, the most important of which include: developing a corporate governance document in universities, participation in the corporate governance process, development of financial resource management and moving towards decentralization in universities.\nThis abstract translated by Dar AlMandumah Inc. 2018
