|a يهدف هذا البحث إلى تقصي فاعلية الدليل التنظيمي للتنمية المهنية داخل المدرسة وتوطين التدريب (المقترح) من وجهة نظر قائدات المدارس في محافظة الخرج، وتحديدا سعى البحث للإجابة عن الأسئلة الآتية: ما مدى فاعلية الدليل التنظيمي للتنمية المهنية داخل المدرسة (المقترح) من وجهة نظر قائدات المدارس في محافظة الخرج؟ وقد استخدم الباحث المنهج الوصفي التحليلي، وتم اختيار العينة بالطريقة العشوائية البسيطة وتتكون من (30) قائدة مدرسة. وللتحقق من أسئلة البحث قامت الباحثة بحساب التكرارات والانحرافات المعيارية والمتوسطات الحسابية والمتوسط الحسابي المرجح وكانت أبرز النتائج على النحو التالي: بلغ المتوسط المرجع للمحور الأول " الإطار العام للدليل" (3,89) والذي يقابل في الميزان التقديري لمقياس ليكرت الخماسي أوافق. وقد بلغ المتوسط المرجع للمحور الثاني " محتوى الدليل" (3,85) والذي يقابل في الميزان التقديري لمقياس ليكرت الخماسي أوافق. وقد بلغ المتوسط المرجع للمحور الثالث " توطين التدريب" (3,88) والذي يقابل في الميزان التقديري لمقياس ليكرت الخماسي أوافق. ومن ذلك خلص البحث إلى أن درجة تقدير قائدات المدارس بالنسبة لفاعلية الدليل التنظيمي للتنمية المهنية وتوطين التدريب كانت عالية في المحاور الثلاث الإطار العام، والتنمية المهنية، وتوطين التدريب. وقد خرج البحث بعدة توصيات في مجال تفعيل التنمية المهنية للمعلم داخل المدرسة.

|b This research aimed to investigate the effectiveness of the organizational guide for professional development inside the school and the localization of training (proposed) from the viewpoint of the female school leaders in Al-Kharj governorate, and specifically, the research sought to answer the following questions: How effective is the organizational guide for professional development inside the school (proposed) from the viewpoint of the female school leaders in Al-Kharj governorate, and the following questions were branched from this question: What is the extent of the quality of the organizational guide for the professional development and the localization of the training in terms of the overall framework of the guide (format and coordination . What is the extent of the effectiveness of the organizational guide for the professional development and the localization of the training in terms of the guide content in the field of the professional development? What is the extent of the effectiveness of the organizational guide for the professional development and the localization of the training in terms of the guide content related to the project of the localization of training inside the study? The researcher used descriptive analytical methodology and the sample was chosen using the random sampling way and consisted of (30) female school leaders. To verify research questions, the researcher calculates the frequencies, standards deviations and the means and the weighted average . The most prominent results were the following: The weighted average of the first axis “the general framework of the guide “was (3.89) which corresponds to the estimated balance of the Likert quintet scale “I agree “ The weighted average of the second axis “the guide content” was (3.85) which corresponds to the estimated balance of the Likert quintet scale “I agree“ The weighted average of the third axis “localization of training “was (3.88) which corresponds to the estimated balance of the Likert quintet scale “I agree.“ The research concluded that the degree of rating female school leaders for the effectiveness of the organizational guide for the professional development and the localization of the training was high in the three axes; the general framework, professional development and the localization of training. In light of these results the researcher concluded the following recommendations: Mainstreaming the organizational guide for professional development inside the school and the localization of training in schools where it supports the role of the school in the process of the professional development for the school staff .Activating the tools of professional development in all forms in localization in accordance with the needs of the school, its staff and others in educational training only .Looking for ways to motivate and excite motivation for development, identifying professional needs, and developing treatment plans for the school staff in accordance with their abilities and potentials to achieve the most of the school professional development plan. To benefit from all initiatives and the projects of the ministry such as the promotion initiative, and the professional development project for female teachers, subjects, and others in addition to the powers granted to the female school leader for the provision of all potentials and human resources necessary for the implementation of the professional development plan for the school staff.
