هدف البحث الحالي إلى معرفة العلاقة بين وجهة الضبط ومدركات الأستاذية الراعية لدى الطلبة الموهوبين والعاديين من طلبة المرحلة الثانوية، تمثلت العينة من (١٥٠) من طلبة الصف الثاني بالمرحلة الثانوية من الموهوبين والعاديين من مدارس محافظة دمياط، وتم استخدام مجموعة من أدوات الدراسة في اختبار الإبداع لتورانس إعداد "فؤاد أبو حطب وعبدالله سليمان (١٩٧٣)، اختبار المصفوفات المتتابعة لرافن" تقنين فؤاد أبو حطب (١٩٧٧)"، السجلات المدرسي، مقياس وجهة الضبط إعداد علاء الدين كفافى (١٩٨٢)، ومقياس الأستاذية الراعية إعداد جمال الدين الشامي (٢٠١٦)، وقد أظهرت نتائج البحث الحالي وجود فروق دالة إحصائيا بين متوسطات درجات الطلبة بالمرحلة الثانوية من الموهوبين ومتوسطات درجات الطلبة بالمرحلة الثانوية من العاديين في متغير وجهة الضبط لصالح الطلبة العاديين فيما يختص بوجهة الضبط، وقد كانت هناك فروق دالة إحصائيا لصالح متوسطات درجات الطلبة الموهوبين متوسطي المدركات للأستاذية الراعية مقارنة بالطلبة الموهوبين (منخفضي، مرتفعي) المدركات للأستاذية الراعية في متغير وجهة الضبط، وجود فروق دالة إحصائيا في قيم معاملات الارتباط لوجهة الضبط بين العاديين (مرتفعي ، متوسطي، منخفضي) المدركات للأستاذية الراعية لصالح الطلبة العاديين مرتفعي المدركات للأستاذية الراعية.
The aim of the research was to determine the relationship between the locus of control and the Perceptions of the Mentorship of gifted and normal secondary school students, The same research included (150) for gifted and normal Secondary School Students, Was used Raven's Progressive Matrices (Fouad Abu Hatab, 1977), Tests Torrance Creative thinking(Abdulla Sulaiman and Fuadabbohatab, 1973), List of academic records, A scale was also used locus of control(Alaeddin Kafafy, 1982), and the mentorship scale (Gamal Eldeen Elshamy,2016),The researchers has reached a number of results, that there are statistically significant differences between the average grades of students in the secondary stage of the gifted and the average grades of students in the secondary stage of the normal in the variable locus of control, The differences were in favor of normal students in locus of control, The differences were in favor of middle-level gifted students for Mentorship Perceptions compared to gifted students (low, high) for the Mentorship Perceptions, in the variable of locus of Control, There were revealed that there are statistically significant differences in the values of the correlation coefficient between locus of control and academic motivation for gifted students "high" of the Mentorship Perceptions in favor of the academic motivation variable, There were revealed that there are statistically significant differences in the values of the correlation coefficient between (low, middle and high) for the Mentorship Perceptions of the normal students, in the variable of Normal students "high" of the Mentorship Perceptions.
