|a استهدفت الدراسة تكوين نموذج بنائي للعلاقات بين التسويف الأكاديمي غير الوظيفي، والمعتقدات المعرفية، ومستويات تجهيز المعلومات، وكذلك دراسة الاختلاف في التسويف الأكاديمي غير الوظيفي باختلاف كل من الجنس والتخصص الدراسي والتفاعل بينهما، وأجريت الدراسة على عينة قوامها (271) طالبا وطالبة بالفرقة الرابعة بكلية التربية جامعة المنصورة، طبق عليهم مقياس التسويف الأكاديمي غير الوظيفي، ومقياس المعتقدات المعرفية، ومقياس مستويات تجهيز المعلومات وجميعها من إعداد الباحث الحالي، وباستخدام اختبار تحليل التباين ثنائي الاتجاه، ومعامل ارتباط بيرسون، وأسلوب تحليل الانحدار المتعدد، وأسلوب تحليل المسار، توصلت الدراسة إلى: عدم تأثر التسويف الأكاديمي غير الوظيفي بكل من الجنس والتخصص الدراسي والتفاعل بينهما، ووجود علاقات دالة بين بعض أبعاد متغيرات الدراسة، وأنه يمكن التنبؤ بالتسويف الأكاديمي غير الوظيفي من خلال بعض المعتقدات المعرفية ومستويات تجهيز المعلومات، كما توصلت الدراسة إلى نموذج يفسر التأثيرات المباشرة وغير المباشرة بين متغيرات الدراسة.

|b The current study aimed at forming a constructive model for relations among dysfunctional academic procrastination, epistemological beliefs and levels of information processing. Also, it discusses the difference in academic dysfunctional procrastination according to the difference in sex, the academic specialization and interaction between them. The study sample included (271) male and female students from fourth year students at the Faculty of Education, Mansoura University. The Three questionnaires Dysfunctional academic procrastination, Epistemological beliefs and Levels of information processing (prepared by the current researcher) was applied on them. Using two-way analysis of variance, Person correlation coefficient, multiple regression, and path analysis style, the study found that dysfunctional academic procrastination is not affected by gender, academic specialization, and interaction between them. Also, there are significant relations between some dimensions of the variables of the study. In addition, the dysfunctional academic procrastination can be predicted through some dimensions of epistemological beliefs and levels of information processing. Finally, the study reached a model that explains the direct and indirect effects of the study variables.
