|a هدفت الدراسة الحالية إلى الكشف عن العوامل المؤثرة في قابلية أعضاء هيئة التدريس بجامعة الأقصى للبوابة الإلكترونية واستخدامهم لها في تبادل المعرفة والتعليم الجامعي وفقا لنموذج (UTAUT). وقد استخدم الباحثان المنهج الوصفي التحليلي. ولتحقيق أهداف الدراسة صمم الباحثان أداة الدراسة مكونة من خمسة مجالات تتضمن (26) مؤشرا. وبعد تطبيق أداة الدراسة على عينة من أعضاء هيئة التدريس الذين جربوا واستخدموا البوابة الإلكترونية بجامعة الأقصى في تبادل المعرفة والتعليم الجامعي بلغ عددهم (30) عضو هيئة تدريس، توصلت الدراسة إلى جملة من النتائج أهمها: يتمتع أعضاء هيئة التدريس بدرجة مقبولة من القابلية لاستخدام البوابة الإلكترونية في تبادل المعرفة والتعليم الجامعي. كما يؤثر الأداء المتوقع لدى أعضاء هيئة التدريس في نيتهم السلوكية لاستخدام البوابة الإلكترونية في تبادل المعرفة والتعليم الجامعي وفقا لنموذج UTAUT تأثيرا إيجابيا. ويؤثر الجهد المتوقع لدى أعضاء هيئة التدريس في نيتهم السلوكية لاستخدام البوابة الإلكترونية في تبادل المعرفة والتعليم الجامعي وفقا لنموذج UTAUT تأثيرا إيجابيا. ويؤثر الدافع الاستمتاعي لدى أعضاء هيئة التدريس في نيتهم السلوكية لاستخدام البوابة الإلكترونية في تبادل المعرفة والتعليم الجامعي وفقا لنموذج UTAUT تأثيرا إيجابيا. وتؤثر ظروف التسهيل لدى أعضاء هيئة التدريس في نيتهم السلوكية لاستخدام البوابة الإلكترونية في تبادل المعرفة والتعليم الجامعي وفقا لنموذج UTAUT تأثيرا إيجابيا. كما يؤثر التأثير الاجتماعي لدى أعضاء هيئة التدريس في نيتهم السلوكية لاستخدام البوابة الإلكترونية في تبادل المعرفة والتعليم الجامعي وفقا لنموذج UTAUT تأثيرا إيجابيا. قدمت الدراسة في ضوء تلك النتائج العديد من التوصيات كان أهمها: ضرورة تعزيز قابلية أعضاء هيئة التدريس لاستخدام البوابة الإلكترونية في التعليم الجامعي وتبادل المعرفة من خلال الدمج الفعلي لتلك البوابة في العمل الأكاديمي وتنفيذ العديد من المهام الأكاديمية والإدارية من خلالها.

|b The present study aims at identifying the factors affecting faculty’s acceptance and using E-gate in teaching and knowledge exchange utilizing UTAUT model at Al-Aqsa University. The researchers used the analytical descriptive approach to achieve the objectives of the study. In order to achieve the objective of the study, the researchers designed a study tool consisting of five phases which include 26 indicators, and after applying the study tool on a sample of 30 faculty members who tried and used the portal at Al Aqsa University for the exchange of knowledge and university education, the study reached a number of results, the most important of which are the following: faculty members had the ability to use the electronic portal in the exchange of knowledge and university education to a sufficient degree. Both the expected effort and performance affect positively the behavioral intention on the pàrt of the faculty members to use the electronic portal in the exchange of knowledge and university education according to the model UTAUT. It also affects positively the enjoyment motivation of the faculty members in their behavioral intention to use the electronic portal in the exchange of knowledge and university education according to the model UTAUT. Moreover, the facility conditions affect the faculty members’ behavioral intention to use the electronic portal in the exchange of knowledge and university education according to the model UTAUT. The social impact of the faculty members’ behavioral intention to affect the use of the electronic portal in the exchange of knowledge and university education according to the model UTAUT. In light of these results, the study presented several recommendations. The most important of these were the necessity of enhancing the faculty members’ ability to use the electronic portal in university education and the exchange of knowledge through the actual integration of this portal into the academic work and the implementation of many academic and administrative tasks through them.
