هدف البحث الحالي إلى التعرف على فاعلية برنامج مبني في ضوء النموذج السداسي لتوجهات الأهداف في زيادة مستوى الطموح لدى طلاب كلية التربية بجامعة القصيم، وتكونت عينة البحث الأساسية من (267 طالبا وطالبة)، منهم (226) طالبا وطالبة بكلية التربية والدبلوم التربوي لمعالجة الفرضين الوصفيين، بالإضافة إلى (41) طالبا بكلية التربية لمعالجة الفروض التجريبية منهم (22) طالبا من المجموعة تجريبية، و(19) طالبا من المجموعة الضابطة، ولقد تم استخدام أدوات البحث التالية: البرنامج المبني في ضوء النموذج السداسي لتوجهات الأهداف (إعداد الباحث) - مقياس توجهات الأهداف في ظل النموذج السداسي (إعداد الباحث) - مقياس مستوى الطموح لطلاب الجامعة (إعداد محمد حامد زهران، سناء حامد زهران، 2006)، ولمعالجة الفروض الستة للبحث الحالي تم استخدام الأساليب الإحصائية التالية: تحليل الانحدار المتعدد خطوة خطوة لمعالجة الفرض الأول، اختبار كاندال للرتب المكررة لمعالجة الفرض الثاني، اختبار مان-وتني لمعالجة الفرض الثالث، اختبار "ت" لمعالجة الفروض الرابع والخامس والسادس، ولقد تم استخدام كل من برنامج SPSS، وبرنامج Excelلتنفيذ هذه الأساليب الإحصائية، وتم التوصل إلى العديد من النتائج وهي: إمكانية التنبؤ بالتحصيل الأكاديمي من خلال التوجهات الستة للأهداف ولقد حصل توجه هدف الإقدام/المهمة على أفضل إسهام تنبؤي في التحصيل الأكاديمي، كما وجدت ارتباطات دالة وإيجابية بين توجهات الأهداف الستة، وأسهم البرنامج المقترح إسهاما إيجابيا في تنمية توجهات الأهداف الستة ومن ثم مستوى الطموح الأكاديمي لدى الطلاب عينة البحث، ولقد تم تقديم بعض التوصيات في ضوء النتائج المتحصل عليها، يحتوي البحث على (22) جدولا، وشكلا واحدا، و(44) مرجعا.
The current paper aimed to identify the effectiveness of a proposed program based in the light of the six-achievement goals model to increase these goals and the level of ambition for the students of Education Faculty. The basic sample consists of 267 male and female students. Out of the 267 students, (226) students in Education Faculty and Educational Diploma which are used to address the two descriptive hypotheses, in addition to (41) .students in Education Faculty to address the experimental hypotheses which are divided to (22) students as an experimental group, and (19) students as a control group . The following tools were used in the current paper: The proposed program which is based on the Six Achievements Goals (prepared by researcher) -the Six Achievement Goals Measure (prepared by researcher), Level of Ambition Measure for university students (prepared by Mohammed Hamid Zahran, Sana Hamid Zahran, 2006. The following statistical procedures were used to test the six hypotheses of the current search: Multiple Regression Analysis step by step to test the first hypothesis, Kendall test to analysis the second hypothesis, Mann-Whitney test to analysis the third hypothesis, T-Test to analysis the fourth, fifth, sixth hypothesis using SPSS & Excel programs. The results showed that: the six achievement goals are good predictors to academic achievement, concerning that, the task/approach goal has the best predictive comparing the other predictors, there are positive correlations among the six achievement goals, the proposed program has a positive contribution to the development of the six achievement goals and then the level of ambition. Some recommendations were introduced depending on the obtained results. The search contains (22) tables, one figure, and (44) references.
