تهدف الدراسة الحالية إلى معرفة أهمية الكفايات الإدارية في تحقيق الرضا الوظيفي، ولأجل الوقوف على ذلك استعملنا كأداة بحث استمارة استبيانيه على شكل مقياس احتوت ثلاثة جوانب خصص الجانب الأول للبيانات شخصية لعينة الدراسة والجانب الثاني للكفايات الإدارية في حين جاء الجانب الثالث مخصص للرضا الوظيفي واشتملت عينة الدراسة على (60) عاملا: تم اختيارهم بالطريقة العشوائية البسيطة، وكان من بين أهم ما خلصت إليه الدراسة أن العاملين بالإدارة الرياضية يمتلكون درجة عالية للكفايات الإدارية ومستوى الرضا متوسطا كما خلصنا إلى هناك أهمية الكفايات الإدارية في تحقيق مستوى الرضا الوظيفي لموظفي الإدارة الرياضية ودرجة عالية من الكفايات الإدارية كذلك وجدنا أنه توجد فروق دالة إحصائية بين إجابات أفراد عينة البحث على كل من مجال الكفايات الإدارية ومجال لمستوى الرضا الوظيفي تعزى لمتغير المؤهل العلمي. The present study aims to know the importance of managerial competencies to achieve job satisfaction, and to stand on that we used as a research tool form questionnaire on a scale form contained three aspects devoted the first aspect of personal study sample and the second aspect of administrative efficiencies of data came while a dedicated job satisfaction third side and included a sample study (60) factor: name chosen randomly simple, and was among the most important findings of the study that sports management personnel have a high degree of managerial competencies and the average level of satisfaction as we have concluded there are important competencies equal Confidentiality in achieving the level of job satisfaction for staff sports management and a high degree of managerial skills also found that there were statistically significant differences between the answers to the research sample on both the field and the field of administrative skills to the level of job satisfaction attributed to the educational qualification variable. Cette étude a pour but de connaître l'importance des compétences de gestion pour obtenir la satisfaction au travail, et de se tenir debout sur ce que nous avons utilisé comme un questionnaire sous forme d'outil de recherche sur une forme d'échelle contient trois aspects consacré le premier aspect de l'échantillon de l'étude personnelle et le second aspect de l'efficacité administrative de données est venu en une satisfaction professionnelle dédiée troisième côté et inclus un facteur étude de l'échantillon (60): nom choisi au hasard simple, et a été parmi les résultats les plus importants de l'étude que le personnel de gestion du sport ont un degré élevé de compétences de gestion et le niveau moyen de satisfaction que nous avons conclu qu'il ya des compétences importantes EQU La confidentialité pour atteindre le niveau de satisfaction au travail pour la gestion sportive du personnel et un degré élevé de compétences de gestion a également constaté qu'il y avait des differences statistiquement significatives entre les réponses à l'échantillon de recherche à la fois sur le terrain et le domaine des compétences administratives au niveau de satisfaction au travail attribué à la variable de qualification pédagogique. |
