|a هدفت الدراسة إلى الكشف عن مستوى الإبداع الإداري لدى مديري المدارس بمنطقة الباحة من وجهة نظر المعلمين، وأيضا تحديد دلالة الفروق في استجابات عينة الدراسة وفقا لبعض المتغيرات الديموغرافية (المرحلة التعليمية، سنوات الخبرة، الحصول على دورات تدريبية في الإبداع)، ولتحقيق أهداف الدراسة تم اتباع المنهج الوصفي بصورته الارتباطية، كما تم اختيار عينة عشوائية طبقية من المعلمين بلغ عددها (873) معلما، وتم استخدام الاستبانة أداة لجمع البيانات من إعداد الباحث، حيث أمكن تطبيقها على عينة الدراسة الأساسية، وتوصلت الدراسة إلى مجموعة من النتائج كان من أبرزها وجود درجة كبيرة للإبداع الإداري لدى مديري المدارس من وجهة نظر المعلمين بمتوسط حسابي (3.58) وانحراف معياري (0.94)، توجد فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية عند مستوى الدلالة (0.05≥α) في متوسط تقديرات أفراد عينة الدراسة لدرجة الإبداع الإداري لدى مديري المدارس بمنطقة الباحة تعزى إلى متغيرات الدراسة: (المرحلة التعليمية) لصالح معلمي المرحلة الثانوية)، (سنوات الخبرة) لصالح المعلمين من ذوي الخبرة 10 سنوات فأكثر، و(الحصول على دورات تدريبية في الإبداع) لصالح المعلمين الحاصلين على دورات: ووفقا لهذه النتائج تم تقديم مجموعة من التوصيات كان من أبرزها: توجيه مديري المدارس إلى حث المسؤولين عن العملية التعليمية بمنطقة الباحة على دعم وتشجيع الإبداع الإداري لمديري المدارس، مع استثمار الواقع المحقق في تطوير العملية التعليمية والتربوية والإدارية داخل المدارس؛ بما يحقق نقلة نوعية في مسار جودة هذه العملية

|b The study aimed at revealing the level of administrative creativity among the school leaders in AlBaha area, from the point of view of the teachers, and also to determine the significance of the differences in the responses of the study sample according to some demographic variables (the educational stage, the years of experience, training courses in creativity). In order to achieve the objectives of the study, the descriptive method was followed in its associative form. A random sample of 873 teachers was selected. The questionnaire was used as a data collection tool after verifying its validity and consistency, then it was applied to the basic study sample. The study reached a set of results, There was a significant degree of administrative creativity among the school leaders from the point of view of the teachers. There are statistically significant differences at the level of significance (α ≤ 0.01) (For years of experience) for teachers with 10 years of experience or more, and (access to training courses in creativity) for teachers who have courses, There was also a significant correlation between statistics (0.05 0.05α) between the degree of time management and the degree of administrative creativity among school leaders in Al-Baha region from the point of view of teachers, A number of recommendations have been made to these findings. The most important of these recommendations are: Urge those responsible for the educational process in Al-Baha region to support and encourage the administrative creativity of school leaders, while investing the realized reality in the development of the educational, educational and administrative process within the schools to achieve a qualitative leap in the quality of this process
