المستخلص: إن الحديث عن الاختبارات النفسية والتربوية بشكل عام والاختبارات التحصيلية بشكل خاص ذات درجة عالية من الصلاحية، يتطلب معرفة شاملة ومعمقة لطرق بناء وإعداد هاته الاختبارات، والغرض منها هو مدى قياس هذا الاختبار للسمات أو الخصائص الموجودة لدى التلاميذ كل هذا يمر عبر أداة تبنى وفق معايير يحددها المختصون في مجال القياس التربوي، فالهدف دائما من القياس هو معرفة الفروق بين التلاميذ ودرجة إتقانهم لهاته الاختبارات بحيث يعتبر بناء الاختبارات التحصيلية من الأدوات المهمة في المنظومة التربوية لما لها من أهمية في تطوير العملية التعليمية، وهذا ما نجده من اهتمام يوليه الباحثين في مجال تطوير أساليب التقويم والامتحانات ونناء الاختبارات، ونتيجة لوجود العديد من المشكلات التي تنتج عن القياس التقليدي والتي تتسبب في عدم دقة النتائج التي تسفر عنها أساليب وأدوات القياس والتقويم بالخصوص الاختبارات التحصيلية لهذا ارتأينا أن تكون دراستنا حول "معايير وشروط بناء الاختبارات التحصيلية" سنبرز فيه طرق إعداد الاختبارات التحصيلية وكل حسب غرضها، أهداف الاختبارات التحصيلية، كيفية بناء جدول المواصفات، كما سنتطرق إلى لاختبارات محكية المرجع والاختبارات معيارية المرجع والاختلافات الموجدة بينهما في الأعداد وقياس مختلف السمات.
