|a هدفت هذه الدراسة إلى التعرف على واقع الدورات التدريبية المقدمة لمرشدي الطلاب في إدارة التدريب التربوي بالرياض من وجهة نظر المتدربين الذين التحقوا بالدورات التدريبية، ولقد استخدم الباحث المنهج الوصفي المسحي باعتباره أنسب المناهج لطبيعة الدراسة. حيث تكون مجتمع الدراسة من جميع المرشدين الطلابيين الذين أنهوا البرنامج التدريبي خلال الفصل الدراسي الثاني لعام ١٤٣١-١٤٣٢هـ، والذي أقيم في إدارة التدريب التربوي بمدينة الرياض، والبالغ عددهم (٩٠) مرشدا، وفق سجلات إدارة التدريب، وكانت أداة الدراسة المستخدمة الاستبانة وهي مكونة من (34) فقرة، وتم التأكد من صدق البناء بعرضه على مجموعة من المحكمين، وبعد جمع البيانات تم إدخالها في الحاسب الآلي على برنامج (SPSS) مع إجراء المعالجات الإحصائية اللازمة، وكانت أهم النتائج التي توصلت إليها الدراسة: أن محتوى البرنامج التدريبي يجمع بين الجانب النظري والتطبيقي وبدرجة متوسطة، أن أهداف البرنامج التدريبي قابلة للقياس ظهرت بدرجة ضعيفة، تشجع الأساليب التدريبية على التفاعل والمشاركة ظهرت بدرجة ضعيفة، موقع إدارة التدريب مناسب ويسهل الوصول إليه ظهر بدرجة منخفضة، لا توجد فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية بين أراء أفراد عينة الدراسة نحو محاور البرنامج التدريبي الست تبعا لاختلاف (التخصص في الإرشاد الطلابي- سنوات الخبرة في التعليم- عدد الدورات التدريبية التي التحق بها المتدرب بإدارة التدريب التربوي).

|f This study aimed to identify the reality of the training courses offered to the student guides in the Educational Training Department in Riyadh from the perspective of the trainees who joined the training courses. The researcher used the descriptive survey method for being the most appropriate method for the nature of this study. The study community consists of all the student guides who completed the training program during the second semester of 1431-1432 AH, which was held in the Educational Training Department in Riyadh. The total number of study sample reached (90) members, according to the records of the training department. The study used a questionnaire consisting of 34 paragraphs as a study tool, authenticity of the building of which was confirmed by presenting it to a group of arbitrators. After collecting the data, the study used the SPSS program with the necessary statistical processing. The most important findings of the study included that the content of the training program combines theoretical and practical aspects to an average degree. The objectives of the training program are measurable to a weak degree, and training methods encourage interaction and participation have been shown to a weak degree, while the training management site is convenient and easy to access. There are no significant differences between the opinions of the members of the study sample towards the six areas of focuses of the training program, due to the difference in (specialization in student guidance, years of experience in education, number of training courses attended by the trainee at the Department of Educational Training).\\nThis abstract translated by Dar AlMandumah Inc. 2018
