يهدف البحث إلى دراسة المسؤولية الاجتماعية في الدعوة الإسلامية، ونشر ثقافة العمل الاجتماعي، باعتباره جزء أصيلاً من أسس بناء المجتمع المسلم. والمسؤولية الاجتماعية تلعب الدور الأساس في الحفاظ على تماسك المجتمع وصلاحه، وباعث هذا الدور هو: روحي يتمثل في التكليف الشرعي الرباني الذي يقوم به الإنسان طلبا لثواب الله عز وجل. وقد تناول البحث التعريف بالمسؤولية الاجتماعية، وبيان مفهومها، والتأصيل الشرعي لها، وأصالة المسؤولية الاجتماعية في التشريع الإسلامي، وأهداف المسؤولية الاجتماعية، وخصائصها، وتناول البحث أثر غياب المسؤولية الاجتماعية، ووسائل تطبيقها من خلال العمل الخيري، ووسائل تنميتها، وعلاقة الدعوة بالمسؤولية الاجتماعية، ودورها في نشر ثقافة المسؤولية الاجتماعية. وقد خلصت الدراسة إلى جملة من الاستنتاجات؛ أبرزها: بيان حقيقة المسؤولية الاجتماعية، وأثرها في صلاح مجتمع واستقراره، وأثرها في الدعوة إلى عمل الخير، وأثر تطبيقها على الواقع المعاصر، وأثبتت أن المسلمين اليوم في حاجة ماسة إلى المسؤولية الاجتماعية؛ لما يتحقق به النفع العام للمجتمع الإسلامي؛ لتحقيق المقاصد والغايات التي ابتغاها الشارع. ولما يترتب عليه من آثار عملية تضبط الواقع المعاشي في حياة المجتمع المسلم.
This research aims at studying the Social responsibility in the Islamic call and the dissemination of the culture of social work, as an essential part of the requirements for constituting the Muslim community. Social responsibility plays a key role in maintaining society's coherence and integrity. The source of this role is very much spiritual represented in the divine Shari'a adaptation, which is performed by man in order to be rewarded by God Almighty. The research dealt with the definition of social responsibility, illustration of its concept and the legalization of it, the authenticity of social responsibility in Islamic legislation, in addition to the objectives of social responsibility and its characteristics. The research also dealt with the impact of the absence of social responsibility, ways of applying social responsibility through charitable work, means of developing it, the relationship between advocacy and social responsibility, and finally its role in the dissemination of culture of social responsibility. The study deduced a number of conclusions, the most important of which are: showing the reality of social responsibility, its impact on the welfare and stability of society, and its impact on advocacy for charitable work, its impact on contemporary life. The research proved that Muslims today are in dire need of social responsibility; for accomplishing the whole benefits for the Islamic community, in addition to achieving the purposes and goals that God desired, counting on the implications of the process of controlling the living reality in the life of the Muslim community.
