The economic and social factors that the world is witnessing today and the scientific development, especially in the open sky era (satellite TV and the Internet), have altered the level of awareness among Algerians in general and the city of Ouargla in particular with regard to the subject of work and professional work. Today, the Algerian and Ouargli citizen behaves in his daily life according to his awareness of himself and the reality surrounding him. Statistics confirmed that unemployment in the state's petroleum capital is unbelievable. But it is the reality in the municipality of Ouargla. They emphasized that there are reasons that made the phenomenon of unemployment spread in a worrying way, some of which are logical, such as scarcity or lack of investment. This abstract translated by Dar AlMandumah Inc. 2020 بدلت العوامل الاقتصادية والاجتماعية التي يشهدها العالم اليوم والتطور العلمي وخاصة في عصر السماء المفتوح (الفضائيات – والانترنت) من مستوى الوعي لدى الجزائريين عامة ومجتمع مدينة ورقلة خاصة فيما يتعلق بموضوع العمل والعمل المهني وأصبح المواطن الجزائري والورقلي اليوم يصدر سلوكه اليومي من إدراكه لذاته وللواقع المحيط فيه. أكدت الإحصائيات أن البطالة في عاصمة الولاية البترولية لا يصدق. ولكن هو الواقع ببلدية ورقلة.. مؤكدتا أن هناك أسباب جعلت تفشي ظاهرة البطالة بصورة مقلقة، منها ماهي منطقية، مثل ندرة أو قلة الاستثمار. Les facteurs économiques et sociaux dont le monde actuel est témoin et le développement scientifique, en particulier à l'ère du ciel ouvert (chaînes par satellite et Internet), ont changé depuis le niveau de sensibilisation des Algériens en général et de la ville de Ouargla en particulier en ce qui concerne le sujet du travail et du travail professionnel, En elle.
