|a يهدف البحث إلى التعرف على مدى إعداد الإدارات المدرسية وفق معايير التخطيط التربوي من وجهة نظر المشرفين الإداريين، وقد اقتصر البحث على المشرفين الإداريين (ذكور، إناث) التابعين إلى المديرية العامة لتربية القادسية للعام الدراسي (2018- 2019)، إذ تكونت عينة البحث من (23) مشرف ومشرفة، واستخدم الباحث الاستبيان كأداة للبحث مكونا من (20) فقرة، تم التأكد من صدقه وثباته، وبعد تطبيق الأداة على عينة البحث تم معالجة البيانات إحصائيا للحصول على النتائج ليخرج الباحث بعدد من الاستنتاجات والتوصيات والمقترحات.

|b The research aims to identify the extent of the preparation of school administrations according to the standards of educational planning from the point of view of administrative supervisors, the research was limited to administrative supervisors (males and females) belonging to the Directorate General of Education in Qadisiyah for the academic year (2018 - 2019), where the research sample consisted of ( 23) Supervisor and supervisor, the researcher used the questionnaire as a research tool consisting of (20) paragraphs, it was verified the reliability and reliability, and after the application of the tool on the research sample was treated statistically data to get the results of the researcher a number of conclusions, recommendations and proposals.
