|a تهدف الدراسة إعداد برنامج إلكتروني لتنمية بعض مفاهيم المواطنة لدى أطفال الروضة ذوى صعوبات التعلم؛ حيث تم اختيار عينة الدراسة من أطفال الروضة والملتحقين برياض الأطفال أبو بكر الصديق الرسمية للغات بمحافظة بورسعيد من ذوي صعوبات التعلم؛ ثم قامت الباحثة بتطبيق أدوات الدراسة لضبط العينة والتحقق من تكافؤها بعد ذلك قامت الباحثة باختيار عينة الدراسة بطريقة عمدية وهم مجموعة تجريبية واحدة ثم قامت الباحثة بتطبيق حلقات البرنامج الإلكتروني على أطفال المجموعة التجريبية الواحدة وبعد الانتهاء من البرنامج قامت الباحثة بتطبيق أدوات الدراسة مرة أخرى على أطفال المجموعة التجريبية في التطبيق البعدي وبعد مرور أسبوعان قامت الباحثة بإعادة التطبيق على الأطفال المجموعة التجريبية الواحدة في التطبيق التتبعي ثم قامت بمعالجة النتائج إحصائيا وتوصلت الدراسة إلى النتائج التالية: 1- يوجد فرق دال إحصائيا بين متوسطي درجات أطفال المجموعة التجريبية الواحدة في التطبيقين القبلي والبعدي لاختبار قياس مفاهيم المواطنة لصالح التطبيق البعدي. 2- لا يوجد فرق دال إحصائيا بين متوسطي درجات أطفال المجموعة التجريبية في التطبيق البعدي والتتبعي لاختبار قياس مفاهيم المواطنة.

|b The study aims to prepare an electronic program for the development of some concepts of citizenship among kindergarten children with learning difficulties. The study sample was chosen from Kindergarten children and enrolled in kindergarten Abu Bakr Al-Siddiq for languages in Port Said governorate, he researcher then applied the study tools to control the sample and verify its equivalence. The researcher then randomly selected the sample of the study, which is a single experimental group. The researcher then applied the electronic program workshops to the children of the experimental group. After completing the program, the researcher applied the study tools again. Children of the experimental group in the remote application. After two weeks, the researcher re-applied the children to the experimental group in the trace application and then processed the results statistically. The study reached the following results: 1-There is a statistically significant difference between the average scores of the children of the experimental group in the tribal and non-tribal applications to test the concepts of citizenship in favor of the remote application. 2-There is no statistically significant difference between the average scores of children in the experimental group in the dimension and follow-up application to test the measurement of citizenship concepts.
