هدفت الدراسة إلى التعرف على درجة تمكن معلمات اللغة العربية بمحافظة المخواة من مهارات استخدام استراتيجية التعلم النشط، ولتحقيق ذلك استخدمت الباحثة المنهج الوصفي المسحي، كما قامت بتصميم استبانة مهارات استراتيجية التعلم النشط، وتكونت عينة الدراسة من (350) معلمة من معلمات المرحلتين الابتدائية والمتوسطة بمحافظة المخواة بمنطقة الباحة بالمملكة العربية السعودية، وبعد جمع البيانات تم تحليلها وإجراء المعاملات الإحصائية باستخدام برنامج spss لاستخراج النتائج، وتوصلت نتائج الدراسة إلى عدم وجود فروق بين متوسطي درجات أفراد العينة على استبانة مهارات استراتيجية التعلم النشط تبعاً لمتغير المرحلة التعليمية (الابتدائية، المتوسطة)، ووجود فروق بين متوسطي درجات أفراد العينة على استبانة مهارات استراتيجية التعلم النشط تبعاً الدورات التدريبية (حضور دورات تدريبية، عدم حضور دورات تدريبية) لصالح المعلمات اللاتي يحضرن الدورات التدريبية، وفي ضوء ما توصلت إليه الدراسة من نتائج تم تقديم مجموعة من التوصيات، منها: تدريب معلمي ومعلمات اللغة العربية على تخطيط وتنفيذ الدروس باستخدام مهارات استراتيجيات التعلم النشط، على شكل ورش عمل تفاعلية ودورات تدريبية.
The study aimed to identify the degree to which the Arabic language teachers in Almakhwah Governorate are able to use the skills of active learning strategy, and to achieve this the researcher used the descriptive survey method, and designed to identify the skills of active learning strategy, and the sample consisted of (350) female teacher of female teachers of elementary and preparatory stages in Almakhwah Governorate, in Al-Baha area, in Saudi Arabia, after data collection was analyzed and conducted statistical transactions using the SPSS program to extract results, and the results of the study found that there are no differences between the middle grades of the sample members to identify the skills of active learning strategy Depending on the educational stage variable (primary, intermediate), and the presence of differences between the average grades of the sample members on To identify the skills of the active learning strategy according to the training courses (attending training courses, not attending training courses) for the female teachers attending the training courses, and in the light of the findings of the study presented a set of recommendations, including: training teachers of Arabic language on Planning and implementation of lessons using the skills of active learning strategies, in the form of interactive workshops and training courses.
