|a من خلال ملاحظة الباحثة لمحاضرات مادة الكرة الطائرة ومشاهدتها لأغلب دروس التربية الرياضية العملية في الكلية والمقابلات الشخصية مع بعض الدارسين والعاملين في حقل التربية البدنية وعلوم الرياضة وسؤال ذوي الخبرة والاختصاص في مجال التدريس تبين أن الاستراتيجية الشائعة في تدريس المهارات الأساسية في مادة الكرة الطائرة هي الاستراتيجية الأوامر التي يتطلب من المدرس أن يكون صانعاً للقرار فارضاً إياه على الطالب وليس تجنياً منا على هذه الاستراتيجية والإقلال من مزاياه ولكن عصرنا الحالي هو عصر الازدهار المعرفي والعمل التربوي لابد أن يواكب هذا التطور، فالعمل وفق الاستراتيجية المتبعة من قبل المدرس يحدد وما يتمتع به المتعلم من قدرات وإمكانيات إبداعية وبالنتيجة هو عدم تحقيق الاستقرار النفسي للطالب وهذا يؤدي إلى فقدران توازن الطالب في حياته وفي عمله وانخفاض التفاعل الإيجابي، وقد كشفت الدراسات زن هناك استراتيجيات تدريسية عديدة تنفرد كل منها بمكانة خاصة من الأهداف والخصائص ولها دور فعال في تعلم المهارات والإسراع في عملية التعلم إلا أن هذه الاستراتيجيات لا تلاقي الاهتمام الكافي من معظم العاملين في تدريس التربية الرياضية، لذا ارتأت الباحث استخدام استراتيجية الأمواج المتداخلة لمساعدة مدرسي المادة في تعلم بعض المهارات الأساسية (إرسال التنس والضرب الساحق بالكرة الطائرة) تسهم في حل المشكلة والخروج بمخرجات ونتائج فعالة للعملية التعليمية. وهدف البحث إلى: 1-التعرف على مهارتي إرسال التنس والضرب الساحق بالكرة الطائرة للطلاب في كلية التربية البدنية وعلوم الرياضة- جامعة بغداد. 2-معرفة تأثير استراتيجية الأمواج المتداخلة في تعلم مهارتي إرسال التنس والضرب الساحق بالكرة الطائرة للطلاب في كلية التربية البدنية وعلوم الرياضة- جامعة بغداد. واستنتجت الباحثة: 1-أن استراتيجية الأمواج المتداخلة والتعليم من قبل المدرس، لهما تأثير فعال في اكتساب تعلم الأداء الفني ودقته لمهارة الضرب الساحق وتطور مهارة إرسال التنس بالكرة الطائرة. 2-أن استخدام استراتيجية الأمواج المتداخلة أفضل من التعليم المتبع من قبل المدرس في اكتساب تعلم الأداء الفني ودقته لمهارة الضرب الساحق وتطور مهارة إرسال التنس بالكرة الطائرة. 3-أن تنظيم استراتيجية الأمواج المتداخلة بشكل متزامن ومتدرج يساعد على استثمار الوقت والجهد في الوحدة التعليمية ويجعلنا نتوصل لتحقيق أهداف متعددة.

The research aims to: 1-Recognize the skills of sending tennis and beating the overwhelming volleyball of students in the Faculty of Physical Education and Sports Science - University of Baghdad. 2-Knowledge of the impact of the strategy of the overlapping waves in learning the skills of sending tennis and beating the overwhelming volleyball of students in the Faculty of Physical Education and Sports Science - University of Baghdad. The researcher concluded: 1-The strategy of overlapping waves and education followed by the teacher, have an effective influence in the acquisition of technical performance learning and accuracy of the skill of beating overwhelming and the development of the skill of sending tennis volleyball. 2-The use of the strategy of overlapping waves better than the education followed by the teacher in the acquisition of learning technical performance and accuracy of the skill of beating overwhelming and the development of the skill of sending tennis volleyball. 3-Organizing the strategy of overlapping waves simultaneously and gradually helps to invest time and effort in the educational unit and make us achieve multiple goals.
