|a هدفت الدراسة إلى التعرف على مدى التوافق بين الأبعاد الأنتروبومترية وأبعاد مناصب العمل وعلاقته بمستوى الأداء في المؤسسة المينائية بعنابة. وقد تم الاعتماد على المنهج الوصفي عن طريق دراسة الحالة بما يتناسب مع دراستنا، حيث طبقت هذه الدراسة على عينة قصدية من مجتمع الدراسة، وبلغ حجم العينة 04 مناصب، وتم استخدام 3 استمارات لقياس متغيرات الدراسة، واستخدمت الأساليب الإحصائية المتمثلة في المتوسط الحسابي والنسب المئوية. وقد خلصت دراستنا إلى النتائج التالية: يوجد توافق نسبي عام للأبعاد الأنتروبومترية وأبعاد مناصب العمل لحالات الدراسة. توجد هناك علاقة بين توافق الأبعاد الأنتروبومترية وأبعاد مناصب العمل ومستوى الأداء لدى حالات الدراسة.

|b The study aimed to identify the compatibility between the anthropometric dimensions and the dimensions of the work positions and its relation to the performance level in the port institution in Annaba. The descriptive approach was based on the study of the case in accordance with our study. The study was applied to an objective sample of the study population. The sample size was 40 posts. The researcher used 3 forms to measure the study variables. Arithmetic and percentages. Our study concluded that: There is a general relative compatibility of the anthropometric dimensions and the dimensions of the work positions of the study cases. There is a relationship between the compatibility of the anthropometric dimensions and the dimensions of the jobs and the level of performance of the study cases.
