هدف البحث إلى تقديم نموذج تعلم مقترح لإعداد معلم الرياضيات للموهوبين والمتفوقين في ضوء مبادئ STEAM من خلال تحديد مبادئ توجه STEAM التعليمي، وبناء النموذج المقترح لإعداد معلم الرياضيات للموهوبين والمتفوقين في ضوء مبادئ STEAM، والتعرف على الفروق بين أراء الخبراء التربويين ومعلمي مادة الرياضيات حول قائمة مبادئ STEAM، التعرف على الفروق بين أراء الخبراء التربويين ومعلمي مادة الرياضيات حول نموذج المقترح لإعداد معلم مادة الرياضيات للموهوبين والمتفوقين في ضوء مبادئ STEAM. ولما كان هدف البحث الرئيسي هو تقديم نموذج مقترح لإعداد معلم الرياضيات للموهوبين والمتفوقين في ضوء مبادئ STEAM، فقد تم استخدام المنهج الوصفي التحليلي: لوصف وتحليل الأدبيات والدراسات السابقة ذات الصلة بالبحث الحالي، ولإعداد قائمة بمبادئ STEAM، وتقديم النموذج التعليمي المقترح لإعداد معلمي الرياضيات للموهوبين والمتفوقين في ضوء مبادئ STEAM. وقد تكون مجتمع البحث من الخبراء التربويين ومعلمي مادة الرياضيات، وتكونت عينة البحث من الخبراء التربويين المحكمين (وعددهم 21)، ومعلمي الرياضيات للموهوبين والمتفوقين بالتعليم العام بالمملكة العربية السعودية (وعددهم 34) تم اختيارهم بطريقة عشوائية في الفصل الدراسي الأول لعام 1441ه. وقد توصل البحث إلى نموذج التعلم المقترح لإعداد معلم الرياضيات للموهوبين والمتفوقين في ضوء مبادئ STEAM، وكانت نتائج آراء الخبراء التربويين، ومعلمي مادة الرياضيات في قائمة مبادئ STEAM والنموذج المقترح في ضوء مبادئ STEAM متفقة على مناسبة بنود قائمة مبادئ STEAM وجميع مراحل النموذج المقترح. وقد أوصى البحث بالاستفادة من النموذج المقترح في ضوء مبادئ STEAM في تطوير أداء معلمي الرياضيات للموهوبين والمتفوقين، وعقد دورات وورش عمل لمعلمي الرياضيات للموهوبين والمتفوقين لاستخدام النموذج المقترح في ضوء مبادئ STEAM، وإجراء دراسات تتناول النموذج المقترح لإعداد معلم الرياضيات للموهوبين والمتفوقين في ضوء مبادئ STEAM في تطوير برامج إعداد المعلمين.
This research aimed to present a suggested talented in light of principles STEAM. By standing on the global and local experiences in education STEAM, And define principles for orientation STEAM educational, and building the proposed model for preparing a mathematics teacher for the gifted and talented in light of the principles STEAM, And identify the differences between the opinions of educational experts and teachers of mathematics on a list of principles STEAM to identify the differences between the opinions of educational experts and mathematics teachers on the proposed model for preparing a mathematics teacher for the gifted and talented in light of the principles STEAM, And what was the goal of research main Objective is to submit a proposal to prepare a model math teacher for the gifted and talented in the light of the principles of STEAM, It has been the use of descriptive and analytical approach: to describe and analyze literature and studies of the previous relevant current research, and to prepare a list of principles STEAM, And the model of education the proposal for the preparation of mathematics teachers for the gifted and talented in the light of the principles of STEAM. May be the research community of educators and teachers of experts of mathematics, and formed the research sample of educational experts arbitrators (21), and mathematics teachers for the gifted and talented public education in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia (34), were selected randomly in the classroom the first of the year l441 (h). The research reached the proposed learning model for preparing a mathematics teacher for the gifted and talented in light of principles STEAM, Were the results of the views of educational experts, and teachers of mathematics in the list of principles STEAM And the proposed model in light of the principles STEAM, Agree on appropriate principles list items STEAM And all stages of the proposed model. The research recommended making use of the proposed model in light of principles STEAM In developing the performance of mathematics teachers for the gifted and talented, and holding courses and workshops for mathematics teachers for the gifted and talented to use the proposed model in light of the principles STEAM.
