المستخلص: تعتبر الجامعات محور الاتصال المعرفي والتقدم الثقافي والوعي العلمي والرقي الاجتماعي وتقع على عاتقها مسئولية تهيئة الكفاءات المهنية وترقية المناخ الأكاديمي، ومساندة الرغبات التعليمية ودفع الكفاءات العلمية إلى درجات الإبداع والإتقان والكشف والابتكار بما يعود على المجتمعات بالنفع، وعلى العالم بالآمال المنشودة لما تستلزم عمليات التقويم المستمر والموضوعي والواقعي السليم لكل من يعمل بالجامعة.
وهدفت هذه الدراسة إلى معرفة واقع المهارات التدريسية لدى المدرسين من وجهة نظر الطلاب ومعرفة سلبيات الدرس وإيجابياتها وقد استخدم الباحث المنهج الوصفي لملاءمته مع هذه الدراسة. تكونت عينة الدراسة من طلاب سكول التربية الرياضية والذين هم في مرحلة الكورس الثاني من مجموع المجتمع الأصلي البالغ (186) طالبا وطالبة وبذلك بلغة نسبة العينة (100%) والتي تم اختيارهم بطريقة العمدية، للعام الدراسي 2015/2016. ولعرض وتحليل إجابات أفراد عينة البحث، تم استخدام الوسائل الإحصائية، الأوساط الحسابية والانحرافات المعيارية والنسب المئوية.
حيث أظهرت النتائج من خلال عرض الجدول أسفر التحليل الإحصائي للبيانات والمعلومات التي تم الحصول عليه من تطبيق أداة الدراسة على أفراد العينة عن مجموعة من النتائج بأن أغلب العبارات حققت أوساطا حسابية تفوق عتبة الفارقة وهذا يعني بأن التدريس داخل سكول التربية الرياضية يقع ضمن الحدود المقبولة التي تشير إلى التدريس الطبيعي، وبناء على ما تقدم من النتائج يوصي الباحث الاهتمام بإعداد عضو هيئة التدريس في كليات التربية إعدادا متكاملا، بما يتفق مع معابير المحددة ويحقق فاعلية العملية التدريسية، وإعداد الدورات التدريبية اللازمة التي تزود أعضاء هيئة التدريس بالكفاءات المهنية أثناء قيامهم بعملية التدريس، وتزويدهم بالمهارات التي تمكنهم من اختيار طرق التدريس المناسبة، وبالتالي يتوافقون مهنيا، ويصبحون أكثر فعالية مع طلابهم.


Universities are the center of knowledge communication, cultural progress, scientific awareness, and social progress. They are responsible for creating professional competencies and upgrading the academic climate, supporting educational desires, and pushing scientific competencies to degrees of creativity, excellence, discovery and innovation for the benefit of communities, and for the world with the desired hopes of what requires continuous, objective and realistic evaluation processes for all who work at the university.
This study aimed to find out the reality of teaching skills among teachers from the point of view of students and to know the negatives and positives of the lesson. The researcher used a descriptive approach to fit it with this study. The sample of the study consisted of students of Physical Education School who are in the second course of the total original community of (186) male and female students and thus in the language of the sample ratio (100%), which were selected in the intentional method, for the academic year 2015/2016. In order to present and analyze the responses of the research sample members, statistical means, mathematical mean, standard deviations, and percentages were used.
The results from the table presentation showed the statistical analysis of data and information obtained from applying the study tool to the sample members resulted in a set of results that most of the phrases achieved mathematical media above the threshold of the gap. This means that teaching within the School of Physical Education falls within the accepted limits that refer to natural teaching. Based on the foregoing results, the researcher recommends that attention be given to preparing the faculty member in the faculties of education in an integrated manner, in line with the specific expressions and achieves the effectiveness of the teaching process, and prepare the necessary training courses that provide faculty members with professional competencies during the process of teaching, providing them with the skills that enable them to choose the right teaching methods, thus professionally compatible, and become more effective with their students.
