|f Television is one of the most important means of mass communication that has great potential to reach a large audience with a high degree of efficiency to achieve informational, educational, cultural, and promotional objectives. This made the viewers eager to follow the various television programs, especially those that are characterized by the element of suspense and arousal (of interest). It attracts the attention and interest of viewers of all ages and levels, especially students given the importance of this particular period of life in which the student gains knowledge and values.\nMany schoolchildren consider watching TV a common communication behavior, regardless of gender, age, area of residence, or educational level. What is striking, however, is the significant increase in their viewership of television programs in recent years, due to the widespread multiplication of channels as a result of the spread of satellite television, which has imposed its presence in most, if not all, Algerian homes. \nAnd what's important is that the students watching these television programs have unfortunately become unscientific. Most of the hours, they watch the programs that are being transmitted. They also watch programs that suit them and that do not suit them and even the programs which are good and harmful to them. \nThe danger lies in two aspects. First, these students usually sit alone in front of the television because their parents want to distract from them. Secondly, a large number of these students are raised by uneducated parents.\nThe impact of television on the students is further neglected by the fact that their increasing demand for tv programs is often at the expense of their studies and work in a way that may ultimately lead to a low level of educational achievement.\nThis abstract translated by Dar AlMandumah Inc. 2018

|a يعتبر التلفزيون من أهم وسائل الاتصال الجماهيرية التي بها إمكانيات كبيرة في الوصول إلى عدد ضخم من الجماهير وبدرجة عالية من الكفاءة لتحقيق أهداف إعلامية وتعليمية وثقافية وترويجية، مما جعل المشاهدون يتلهفون لمتابعة مختلف برامجه وخاصة تلك التي تمتاز بعنصر التشويق والترغيب، وهذه من شأنها جذب الانتباه وإثارة الاهتمام لدى هؤلاء المشاهدين على اختلاف أعمارهم ومستوياتهم ولاسيما التلاميذ منهم على اعتبار أن هذه الفترة بالذات مهمة من العمر فيما يكسب التلميذ المعارف والقيم.\nإن الكثير من التلاميذ المتمدرسين يعتبر إقبالهم على مشاهدة التلفزيون سلوك اتصالي شائع، بغض النظر عن الجنس أو السن أو منطقة الإقامة أو المستوى التعليمي إلا أن الملفت للانتباه هو زيادة مشاهدتهم لبرامج التلفزيون بشكل كبير في هذه السنوات الأخيرة، بفعل تعدد القنوات على نطاق واسع نتيجة انتشار الفضائيات التي فرضت تواجدها في معظم البيوت، إن لم نقل كل البيوت الجزائرية، والمهم من ذلك كله هو أن هؤلاء التلاميذ المشاهدين للبرامج التلفزيونية أصحبت وللأسف غير علمية، إذ يشاهدون معظم ساعات الإرسال التي تتيسر لهم، كما يشاهدون ما يناسبهم ومالا يناسبهم، ما يفيدهم وما يضرهم، وتمكن الخطورة في جانبين أولهما أن هؤلاء التلاميذ عادة ما يجلسون بمفردهم أمام التلفزيون لانشغال الوالدين عنهم، وثانيهما أن عددا كبيرا من هؤلاء التلاميذ ينشئون في كنف والدين غير متعلمين.\nومما يزيد من إهمال تأثير التلفزيون عليهم بدرجة كبيرة هو أن إقبالهم المتزايد على برامجه غالبا ما يكون على حساب دراستهم وأعمالهم الدراسية بشكل قد يؤدي في نهاية المطاف إلى تدني مستوى تحصيلهم الدراسي.\n

|d La télévision est un moyen de communication formidable le plus important masse publique.\nElle a un grand degré d’efficacité pour atteindre les objectifs d’information, éducatives, culturelles, se qui rend les téléspectateurs d’ésiraux de suivre différents programme.\nCet outil de communication attire surement l’attention chez les téléspectateurs de tous âges et niveaux et spécialement les étudiants d’entre aux notif que cette période en particulier est très indispensable de la vie ce que reçoit l’étudiant des do connaissance et les meilleures qualités et valeurs.\nLa majorité d’étudiants de l’école qui sont scolarisé sont motives pour regarder la TV.\nQuelque soit le sexe, l’age, le lieu de résidence ou le niveau d’éducation et ce qui attire l’attention le grand nombre de téléspectateurs est en fausse à regarder les programmes de la TV est fortement élevés ces derniers années en raison de la multiplicité des canaux sur une grande échelle en raison de diffusion par satellite qui a impose sa présence dans la plupart des maisons algériennes.\nIl est important qui ces colligions ou étudiants a téléspectateur à la télévision est devenu négatifs, malheureusement non scientifiques.\nLes étudiants sont assis seul devant la TV et pour les parents occupés à leur sujet.\nAjoutant à la négligence de l’influence de la TV et considérablement augmenté ce qui provoque éventuellement la baisse du niveau et la chute de réussite scolaire.\n
