The results of the study confirmed the effectiveness of the training program used to improve the level of professionalism in general among a sample study, researchers found statistically significant differences at the level ranged from 0.05 and up to.0.001 between tribal application degrees and post application on the professionalism of scale where the study sample the degree of increased efficiency measure professional after the implementation of the program, and also found statistically significant differences between both tribal application and post application on the training needs of the scale for the study sample for the benefit of tribal app where I said the degree of need after the application of the training program, and the results showed no statistically significant differences in degrees of professionalism among a sample the study related to gender (male - female) or educational level variable.
هدف البحث الحالي إلى تحديد دور الجامعات الناشئة-جامعة حائل نموذجا-في تنمية الكفاءة المهنية للمرشدين الطلابيين ومعلمي التربية الخاصة، وتأتي أهمية البحث لما تمثله جامعة حائل من ركيزة أساسية في الكشف عن كل ما يعيق أبناء مجتمعها المحلي في أدائهم التحصيلي أو الوظيفي، ومن ثم العمل على تحسين أداء وكفاءة بعض قطاعات العاملين في المجال التربوي وفق أسس علمية واستراتيجيات عملية تمكنهم من تنمية مهاراتهم والتغلب على ضعفهم النسبي. وجاءت نتائج الدراسة مؤكدة على فعالية البرنامج التدريبي المستخدم في تحسين مستوى الكفاءة المهنية بشكل عام لدى عينة الدراسة حيث وجدت فروق دالة إحصائيا عند مستوى دلالة تراوح من 0.05 وحتى 0.001 بين درجات التطبيق القبلي والتطبيق البعدي على مقياس الكفاءة المهنية حيث ارتفعت درجة عينة الدراسة على مقياس الكفاءة المهنية بعد تنفيذ البرنامج، وكذلك وجدت فروق دالة إحصائيا بين كلا من التطبيق القبلي والتطبيق البعدي على مقياس الاحتياجات التدريبية لدى عينة الدراسة لصالح التطبيق القبلي حيث قلت درجة الاحتياج بعد تطبيق البرنامج التدريبي، كما أظهرت النتائج عدم وجود فروق دالة إحصائيا في درجتي الكفاءة المهنية لدى عينة الدراسة تعزى لمتغير الجنس (ذكور - إناث) أو متغير المرحلة التعليمية.
