هدف البحث التعرف على معايير الفاعلية التعليمية ومؤشراتها بكليات التربية في مصر، والتعرف على كيف يمكن الاستفادة من المعايير الدولية لجودة التعليم الجامعي في تطوير معايير الفاعلية التعليمية لكليات التربية بمصر، والكشف عن أهم معوقات تحقيق معايير الفاعلية التعليمية في كليات التربية في مصر، الكشف عن واقع تحقيق معايير الفاعلية التعليمية في كليات التربية في مصر، التوصل إلى استراتيجية مقترحة لمتطلبات تحقيق معايير الفاعلية التعليمية بكليات التربية في ضوء المعايير الدولية لجودة التعليم الجامعي. واعتمد البحث الحالي على المنهج الوصفي، لمناسبته لطبيعة البحث، حيث يهتم بتحليل البيانات الميدانية للوصول إلى النتائج وتفسيرها، وتقصى الظواهر المجتمعية والتربوية التعليمية، كما هي قائمة في الواقع ووصفها وتحليلها وتفسيرها، وتم تطبيق الاستبانة على عينة من أعضاء هيئة التدريس من كليات التربية بالجامعات المصرية. وتوصل البحث إلى أن هناك العديد من متطلبات تحقيق الفاعلية التعليمية بكليات التربية ومنها متطلبات خاصة بعضو هيئة التدريس بكليات التربية منها؛ تطوير المقررات الدراسية كي تتناسب مع مستحدثات العصر، واستخدام الاستراتيجيات التدريسية الحديثة كالتعليم الإلكتروني، وإجراء البحوث التي تخدم قضايا المجتمع، ومتطلبات خاصة بالطالب الجامعي ومنها: المشاركة الإيجابية في تنفيذ أنشطة التعلم داخل القاعات التدريسية، وإتقان أساسيات التعامل مع تكنولوجيا التعليم، وتأهيل الطالب لسوق العمل. كما توصل البحث إلى تحليل المعايير الدولية للفاعلية التعليمية للاستفادة منها في تطوير الفاعلية التعليمية بكليات التربية، كما تم وضع استراتيجية مقترحة لمتطلبات تحقيق معايير الفاعلية التعليمية بكليات التربية في ضوء المعايير الدولية لجودة التعليم الجامعي.
The study aims Identifying the standards of educational effectiveness and its indicators in the faculties of education in Egypt, and To identify how to benefit from the international standards of the quality of university education in developing the standards of educational effectiveness of the faculties of education in Egypt, and What are the most important obstacles to achieving the standards of educational effectiveness in the faculties of education in Egypt and Revealing the reality of achieving the standards of educational effectiveness in the faculties of education in Egypt, and To access a suggested strategy for the requirements of achieving the standards of educational effectiveness in the faculties of education in the light of international standards of quality of university education. The current research depends on the descriptive approach because of its relevance to the nature of the research. It is concerned with the analysis of field data to reach and interpret the results and to investigate the societal and the instructional and educational phenomena as they are in fact and describing, analyzing and interpreting it. The questionnaire was applied to a sample of faculty members from the faculties of education in the Egyptian universities. The research found that there are many requirements to achieve the educational effectiveness in the educational colleges, including special requirements for the faculty member at the faculties of education, including: developing courses to suit the modern age, and the use of modern teaching strategies such as e-learning, and conducting research that serve the community issues. Requirements for the university student, including: the positive participation in the implementation of learning activities within the classrooms, and mastering the basics of dealing with the educational technology, and qualifying the student to the labor market. The study also has concluded an analysis of the international standards of educational effectiveness to be used in the development of educational effectiveness in the faculties of education. A suggested strategy for the requirements of achieving the standards of educational efficiency in the faculties of education was also developed in light of the international standards of quality of university education.
