|a يعتبر التعليم الإلكتروني من أهم مظاهر وسمات التعلم في العصر الحديث والتي تلعب دوراً هاماً في تقدم كثير من الشعوب حيث أنه يؤثر تأثيراً إيجابياً وشاملاً في تنشئة جيل جديد على أسس علمية متطورة وحديثة ويقاس هذا التقدم بمدى معرفتها لطرق ووسائل ونظريات التدريس والتعليم الحديث. وعليه أصبح التحدي الأكبر هو كيفية تطوير مستوى أداء الطلاب المهارى في مادة المعاطف لرفع كفاءة الأداء لديهم عن طريق استخدام البرامج التعليمية الإلكترونية. وبناء عليه أصبح للهدف شقين أولهما رفع كفاءة الطلاب المهارية في مادة المعاطف من الناحية التنفيذية مع قدرة الطالب على الحصول على المعلومة والرجوع إليها في أي وقت يحتاج كهدف ثاني. لذا قامت الباحثتان بشرح وتنفيذ المنهج العملي لمادة المعاطف وفقاً للتوصيف الخاص بالمادة باستخدام برنامج تعليمي إلكتروني يحتوي على (فيديوهات تعليمية، صور ثابتة، وشرح نظري للمنهج العملي) من خلال أسطوانة مدمجة وتطبيق البرنامج على مجموعتين من الطلاب. الأولى تم تطبيق البرنامج التعليمي الإلكتروني عليها والثانية أستخدم معهم الأسلوب التقليدي، وعمل تقييم لكل من المجموعتين وتحرير استبيان من قبل محكمين متخصصين وبالمعالجة الإحصائية أظهرت النتائج وجود فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية بين استخدام وتطبيق البرنامج التعليمي للمادة ورفع كفاءة أداء الطلاب المهارية في التنفيذ. كما أظهرت النتائج وجود فروق ذات داله إحصائية بين استخدام البرنامج التعليمي للمقرر وقدرة الطالب على سهوله التعامل مع المقرر نظرا لقدرته على الحصول على المعلومة التي يحتاجها، ما أدى إلى تكوين اتجاه إيجابي للدارسين نحو طريقة التعلم باستخدام البرنامج التعليمي المقترح.

|b E-learning is one of the most important aspects and features of learning in the modern era, which plays an important role in the progress of many peoples, as it affects positively and comprehensively in the formation of a new generation on the foundations of modern and modern science, and this progress is measured by its knowledge of the ways and means and theories of teaching and modern education. Thus, the biggest challenge is how to develop students' skill level in coats to improve their performance by using the electronic program. Accordingly, the goal became twofold. The first was to raise the students' skillfulness in coats from the operational point of view, with the student's ability to obtain and refer to the information at any time as a second goal. Therefore, the two researchers explained and implemented the practical method of material coats according to the description of the material using an electronic educational program that contains (educational videos, still images, and theoretical explanation of the practical method), and the application of the program two groups of students, the first program was applied to them and the second was used with them the traditional method, The results showed that there were statistically significant differences between the use and application of the educational program of the subject and the improvement of students' performance skills in implementation. The results also showed that there are statistically significant differences between the use of the educational program of the course and the ability of the student to easily deal with the course due to his ability to obtain the information he needs, which led to the formation of a positive trend for learners towards the way of learning using the proposed educational program.
