ثم قسمت البحث إلى ثلاثة فصول: الفصل التمهيدي: وتكلمت فيه عن ماهية المسؤولية الجزائية للشخص المعنوي، وجعلت تحته مبحثين: المبحث الأول: عن مفهوم الشخص المعنوي، وفيه مطلبان: المطلب الأول: تعريف الشخص المعنوي، والمطلب الثاني: عناصر ومقومات الشخص المعنوي، بينا المبحث الثاني: تحدثت فيه عن تطور فكرة المسؤولية الجزائية للشخص المعنوي، وجعلته في مطلبين: المطلب الأول: الجدل الفقهي حول طبيعة الشخص المعنوي محل المساءلة، والمطلب الثان: الاتجاه التشريعي حول فكرة المسؤولية الجنائية للشخص المعنوي.


* Research Title: The criminal liability of a legal personality.
* Research methodology: studying issues and questions related to the criminal responsibility of legal personalities.
I mentioned some issues and matters concerning the criminal responsibility of the legal personality; each issue was supported by jurists' opinions, with examples and legislation from international jurists. I concluded by mentioning the summary of the most sound and powerful of these opinions.
Research Description: I started the research with an introduction, which comprised of the plan and approach, the importance of the topic, the reasons for its choice, and previous studies.
Then I divided the research into three chapters: the introductory chapter: in which I spoke about what is the criminal responsibility of a legal person, and which includes two requirements. The first requirement is about the concept of a legal person and includes two titles: the first title is about the definition of the legal person, and the second title is about the elements and components of the legal person.
In the second requirement, I discussed the development of the idea of criminal responsibility of the legal person and made two titles. The first title: the jurisprudential controversy about the nature of the legal person subject to accountability. The second title is the legislative tendency around the notion of criminal responsibility of the legal person.
