المستخلص: تبذل كل أمة متحضرة أقصى ما في طاقاتها للعناية بالأطفال فهم أملها ومستقبل حياتها، فالاهتمام بالأطفال هو اهتمام بالمستقبل، وأدب الأطفال هو أهم الآداب جميعاً باعتباره الموجه للجيل الصاعد وغارس العادات ومقوم التربية والأخلاق. وعلى الرغم من الجهود التي بذلت من أجل رفع مستوى أداء أدب الأطفال إلا أن غالبية الدراسات والبحوث والمؤتمرات واللقاءات الأدبية تشير إلى أن أدب الأطفال لم يحظ بنصيب وافر من الاهتمام الكافي. واستخدم الباحث المنهج الوصفي، حيث يتناول موضوع الدراسة بالوصف والتحليل، ومعالجته من خلال المصادر المعتمدة وجمع كافة المعلومات. وتتعدد الأشكال الفنية التي يصدر من خلالها أدب الأطفال سواء من حيث وسائط التعبير أو فنون التعبير، من حيث وسائط التعبير هناك الكتاب وهناك الصحافة والمجلات وهناك المسرح وهناك البرامج الإذاعية والتليفزيون وغيرها. أما من حيث فنون التعبير الشائعة في أدب الأطفال فهناك القصة وفن الشعر والكتاب والمسرحية.

Every civilized nation exerts its utmost efforts to care for children, understanding its hope and the future of its life, as caring for children is an interest in the future, and children's literature is the most important of all manners as it is directed to the rising generation, cultivating customs, and the foundation of education and ethics. Despite the efforts made to raise the level of children's literature performance, the majority of studies, research, conferences and literary meetings indicate that children's literature has not received a large share of adequate attention. The researcher used the descriptive approach, as it deals with the subject of the study by description and analysis, and its treatment through the approved sources and collecting all There are many artistic forms through which the information. children's literature is issued, whether in terms of media or expression arts. In terms of media, there are writers, there are newspapers and magazines, there is theater, and there are radio As for the common arts of and TV programs, among others expression in children's literature, there is story, poetry, book and play.
