|a معرفة مذوتة (ذاتية كامنة) تكونت مما تعلمه الفرد، لذلك فأنه مالم يتم تحويلها إلى معرفة معلنة فأنها ستبقى محدودة الاستعمال، ومحدودة الفائدة ومحدودة القيمة لأنها غير متاحة لحاملها كما أنه لن يكون هناك دافع للحياة دون مخاطرة، والقيام بالمخاطرة جانب حرج ومهم في حياة البشر ومن دونها يصبح الفرد حائرا لا يستطيع اتخاذ قرار يستطيع به تحدي مصاعب الحياة وهذا يجعله عرضة للندم على الفرص الضائعة في حياته بسبب تردده وخوفه الدائم من الخيبة ويجعله معتمدا على حلول الآخرين لمشكلاته الخاصة. ولذا تتمثل مشكلة البحث بالإجابة على السؤال الآتي هل هناك علاقة بين المعرفة الضمنية والمخاطرة؟ ويستهدف البحث الحالي التعرف على العلاقة الارتباطية بين المعرفة الضمنية والمخاطرة لدى طلبة الجامعة. وللتحقق من هذه الأهداف قامت الباحثة ببناء مقياس لقياس "المعرفة الضمنية" تألف من (36) فقرة، وبعد التأكد من جميع الخصائص السيكومترية للمقياس (الصدق والثبات) والمتغير الآخر "المخاطرة" تم قياسه باختبار رسكو علما أن هذا الاختبار هو جزء من منظومة فيينا المدعمة بالحواسيب Vienna Test System لشركة الدكتور شوفريد Dr. Schuhfried النمساوية والموجودة في المختبر النفسي التابع لكلية الآداب. الجامعة المستنصرية إذ يعد هذا الجهاز من أحدث الإجراءات العالمية في مجال الفحص والتشخيص والعلاج النفسي المدعم بالحواسيب، فقامت الباحث بتطبيق المقياسين على عينة البحث التي تألفت من (100) طالب من التخصصات العلمية والإنسانية وللمرحلتين الأولى والرابعة في الجامعة المستنصرية، وبعد معالجة البيانات باستخدام الوسائل الإحصائية المناسبة (الحقيبة الإحصائية SPSS)، تم الحصول على أنه وجود علاقة ارتباطية دالة بين المعرفة الضمنية والمخاطرة لدى طلبة الجامعة.

To search by answering the following question, is there a relationship between tacit knowledge and risk. The current research aims to identify the correlation between tacit knowledge and risk for university students. To verify these goals, the researcher built a measure to measure “tacit knowledge” consisting of (36) paragraphs, and after confirming Of all the psychometric properties of the scale (honesty, reliability) and the other variable, "risk", it was measured by the Warsaw test, knowing that this test is part of the Vienna computer-supported Vienna system system for the Dr. Schuhfried Austrian company found in the psychological laboratory of the Faculty of Arts. Nasriya, as this device is one of the most recent global procedures in the field of examination, diagnosis and psychological treatment supported by computers, so the researcher applied the two measures to the research sample, which consisted of (100) students from scientific and human specializations and for the first and fourth stages at Al-Mustansiriya University, and after processing the data using the appropriate statistical means (SPSS), it was obtained that there is a significant correlation between the implicit knowledge and the risk for university students.
