|b The present study aims to highlight the importance of Algerian school and social interactions, especially those related to teacher and teacher in the field of education and the basic principles of social relations within this social sphere, through effective communication that combines values, meanings and symbols exchanged between actors. Modern sociological issues in the field of education and in the daily practices within the school, which reflects the interaction between the actors in this field, Educational communication is the process of transferring information, knowledge, experiences and feelings Or by sending a set of meanings and symbols, making the educational communication goes beyond the traditional proposition based on one-way communication, from teacher to teacher, but rather as a two-way communication process from teacher to teacher and vice versa or more and this opens a wide area between the parties To interact within the educational field and beyond, and its implications on the side of forming social relations within the school and reproduce them in accordance with the cultural model of society and the school as a small community where it helps to understand the minds of individuals.

|a تهدف هذه الدراسة إلى التعرف على سلطة المدرس في المدرسة الجزائرية والتفاعلات الاجتماعية بين المدرس والمتمدرس في المجال التربوي والمبادئ الأساسية المشكلة للعلاقات الاجتماعية داخل هذا المجال الاجتماعي، حيث يعد التواصل التعليمي أحد القضايا السوسيولوجية الحديثة في هذا المجال العلمي وفي الممارسات اليومية داخل المدرسة والذي يعبر عن التفاعل في مجال التمدرس، كونه عملية تعليمية تربوية تسهم في نقل المعلومات والمعارف والخبرات من خلال إرسال تلك المعاني والرموز التي تسهم في تفعيل التواصل داخل مجال التمدرس، وعليه إن المدرس كأحد الفاعلين في هذا المجال التربوي يسهم في تفعيل تلك المعاني والقيم التي تعبر عن سلطته كأحد محددات التفاعل والتواصل وتشكيل علاقات اجتماعية داخل المدرسة وإعادة إنتاجها بما يتوافق مع طبيعة النموذج الثقافي لهذا المجال .
