المستخلص: يهدف البحث الحالي إلى التعرف على 1. مستوى الاتزان الانفعالي لدى معلمات رياض الأطفال 2. مستوى الكفاح المناسب أدى معلمات رياض الأطفال 3. العلاقة بين الاتزان الانفعالي والكفاح المناسب لدى معلمات رياض الأطفال ولتحقيق أهداف البحث اختارت الباحثتان مجتمع البحث من معلمات الرياض الحكومية التابعة إلى المديرية العامة لتربية الرصافة الأولى والثانية والثالثة في مدينة بغداد للعام الدراسي 2017/ 2018. والبالغ عددهن (1048) معلمة يتوزعن على الرصافة الأولى والثانية والثالثة إذا اختيرت عينة البحث (200) معلمة بصورة عشوائية وقد أعدت الباحثتان مقياس الاتزان الانفعالي لمعلمات الرياض وتبنت الباحثتان مقياس الكفاح المناسب للدفاعي 2018 وبعد الاطلاع على الأدبيات والدراسات السابقة ونظريات الاتزان الانفعالي وعرضت الباحثتان المقياسين على مجموعة من الخبراء من ذوي الاختصاص في مجال القياس والتقويم ورياض الأطفال والعلوم التربوية والنفسية وقد تكون مقياس الاتزان الانفعالي بصيغته النهائية من (25) فقرة أما مقياس الكفاح المناسب تكون بصيغته النهائية من (30) فقرة وببدائل للمقياسين تنطبق عليه كثيرا. تنطبق عليه أحيانا. تنطبق عليه غالبا. لا تنطبق عليه لا تنطبق عليه أبدا وقد استخدمت الباحثتان: مؤشرين لصدق هما الصدق الظاهري وصدق البناء وحساب تمييز الفقرات أما الثبات استخدمت الباحثتان نوعين من الثبات واستخدم الخصائص السايكومترية للمقياس وفق الأهداف البحث الحالي وبعد تطبيق المقياس على أفراد العينة وجدت النتائج الآتية الهدف الأول مستوى الاتزان الانفعالي لدى معلمات رياض الأطفال أن معلمات رياض الأطفال يتمتعن باتزان انفعالي عال أما الهدف الثاني فكان التعرف على مستوى الكفاح المناسب أدى معلمات رياض الأطفال فكانت النتيجة إن معلمات الرياض يتمتعن بدرجة عالية في الكفاح المناسب. أما الهدف الثالث فهو التعرف على العلاقة بين الاتزان الانفعالي والكفاح المناسب لدى معلمات رياض الأطفال فكانت النتيجة وجود علاقة ارتباطيه بين الاتزان الانفعالي والكفاح المناسب.

The current research aims at identifying 1- level of emotional stability among kindergarten teachers 2- level propriate striving among kindergarten teachers3- The relationship between the emotional stability and the propriate striving of kindergartens teachers and to achieve the research goals The researchers chose the research community of the parameters of Riyadh government affiliated to the General Directorate for the education of Rusafa 1, 2 , 3 in the city of Baghdad for the academic year 2017/ 2018 (1048) teachers distributed on the first, second and third Rusafa if the sample was selected (200) teacher parameter randomly and the researchers have abused the measure of emotional stability of the parameters of Riyadh and adopted the researchers measure the appropriate struggle for the defense 2018 After reading the literature and previous studies and theories of emotional stability equilibrium The researchers presented the two measures to a group of experts who are specialists in the field of measurement and evaluation, kindergartens and educational and psychological sciences. The measure of emotional stability equilibrium may be in the final form of (25) A measure of the propriate striving shall be in the final form of (30) paragraphs and alternatives to the standards apply to him frequently - apply to him sometimes - apply to him often - does not apply to him never apply to him and the researchers used indicators of honesty are the apparent honesty and honesty of construction and calculating the distinction of paragraphs either stability The researchers used two types of stability and used the characteristics of the scale of the scale according to the objectives of the current research and after the application of the measure on the sample found the following results The first objective level of emotional stability equilibrium among kindergarten teachers that kindergarten teachers enjoy a high emotional stability The second goal was to identify the level of the propriate striving led kindergarten teachers was the result that the parameters of Riyadh are highly in the right struggle The third objective is to identify the relationship between the emotional stability and the propriate striving among kindergarten teachers. The result was a correlation between emotional stability and the propriate striving.
