المستخلص: This study aimed to know the role of inspirational motivation in achieving organizational commitment among workers of the Youth and Sports Directorate of M'sila Province. The study relied on the descriptive approach as it is compatible with the subject of the study. The researcher used the questionnaire and applied it to a sample of 41 employees of the Youth and Sports Directorate of M'sila Province.
The results obtained after studying inspirational motivation and its role in achieving organizational commitment by applying appropriate statistical methods and by extrapolating, analyzing, and interpreting tables, show the following:
- That all the hypotheses were fulfilled regarding the workers of the Youth and Sports Directorate of M'sila Province.
Inspirational motivation plays a role in achieving organizational commitment among the Youth and Sports Directorate workers of M'sila Province.
- The high level of organizational commitment among workers of the Youth and Sports Directorate of M'sila Province.
-The use of the motivation system is among the important requirements that contribute to the high level of organizational commitment among the Youth and Sports Directorate workers of M'sila Province.

هدفت هذه الدراسة إلى معرفة دور التحفيز الإلهامي في تحقيق الالتزام التنظيمي لدى عمال مديرية الشباب والرياضة لولاية المسيلة، واعتمدت الدراسة على المنهج الوصفي كونه يتلاءم مع موضوع الدراسة، واستخدم الباحث الاستبيان وطبق على عينة مكونة من 41 موظف من موظفي مديرية الشباب والرياضة بولاية المسيلة.
وقد أوضحت النتائج المتحصل عليها بعد دراسة التحفيز الإلهامي ودوره في تحقيق الالتزام التنظيمي، وبتطبيق الأساليب الإحصائية المناسبة وباستقراء الجداول وتحليلها وتفسيرها ما يلي:
- أن جميع الفرضيات تحققت بالنسبة لعمال مديرية الشباب والرياضة لولاية المسيلة.
- يلعب التحفيز الإلهامي دورا في تحقيق الالتزام التنظيمي لدى عمال مديرية الشباب والرياضة لولاية المسيلة.
- ارتفاع مستوى الالتزام التنظيمي لدى عمال مديرية الشباب والرياضة لولاية المسيلة.
- استخدام نظام الحوافز يعتبر من بين المتطلبات المهمة التي تسهم في ارتفاع مستوى الالتزام التنظيمي لدى عمال مديرية الشباب والرياضة لولاية المسيلة.


Le but de cette étude est de connaître le rôle de Inspirational Motivation dans la réalisation de l'engagement organisationnel des travailleurs de la Direction de la Jeunesse et des Sports de la wilaya de M’sila. L'étude s'est appuyée sur l'approche descriptive, car elle compatible avec le sujet choisi. Le chercheur a utilisé la méthode du questionnaire sur un échantillon de 41 employés de la Direction de la jeunesse et des sports de la wilaya de M’sila.
Les résultats ont indiqué que :
•Toutes les hypothèses ont été réalisées pour les travailleurs de la Direction de la Jeunesse et des Sports de la wilaya de M’sila.
•Inspirational Motivation joue un rôle dans la réalisation de l'engagement organisationnel des travailleurs de la Direction de la Jeunesse et des Sports de la wilaya de M’sila.
•Le haut niveau d'engagement organisationnel des travailleurs de la Direction de la Jeunesse et des Sports de la wilaya de M’sila.
