|a هدفت الدراسة التعرف على أنماط الضبط الصفي وعلاقتها بالتعليم الفعال لدى معلمي المدارس الحكومية في لواء المزار الجنوبي، وعلاقة ذلك بمتغير النوع الاجتماعي، ولتحقيق أهداف الدراسة تم إعداد أداة قسمت إلى قسمين، الأول: أنماط الضبط الصفي، والثاني: التعليم الفعال، جرى التحقق من صدقها وثباتها، طبقت على عينة اختيرت بالطريقة العشوائية مكونة من (300) معلما ومعلمة، وقد أظهرت النتائج أن درجة ممارسة معلمي المدارس الحكومية في لواء المزار الجنوبي للتعليم الفعال ولأنماط الضبط الصفي جاءت متوسطة، ووجود علاقة ارتباطية إيجابية عند مستوى (a ≤ 0.05) بين أنماط الضبط الصفي والتعليم الفعال، وعدم وجود علاقة ذات دلالة إحصائية عند مستوى ( ≥a0.05) في العلاقة بين أنماط الضبط الصفي والتعليم الفعال باختلاف النوع الاجتماعي (ذكور، وإناث)، وفي ضوء النتائج أوصت الدراسة بتوصيات من أهمها: الارتقاء بالممارسات التربوية فيما يتعلق بالضبط الصفي بما يتوافق مع متطلبات تطوير وتنشيط العملية التعليمية، والعمل الجاد على تنشيط العملية التعليمية وإغنائها بما يتوافق مع التعليم الفعال.

|b This study aims at identifying the patterns of effective teaching among the teachers of public schools in the district of Al-Mazar Al-Janoubi and their relationship with the variable of gender. In order to achieve the study objectives, the study instrument has been prepared consisting of two parts: the first part is the classroom management and the second one is effective teaching; their validity and reliability are verified. The study instrument has been applied to the study sample which consists of (300) male and female teachers who were chosen randomly. The results show that the degree to which the teachers of public schools in the district of Al-Mazar Al-Janoubi practice effective teaching and the patterns of classroom management is medium. The results revealed that there is a positive correlation relationship at the level (a≤0.05) between the patterns of classroom management and effective teaching, while there is no statistically significant relationship at the level (a≤0.05) regarding the relationship between the patterns of classroom management and effective teaching due to the variable of gender (males, females). In the light of the results, the study recommends the necessity of promoting the educational practices related to classroom management in accordance with the requirements of developing and activating the educational process as well as enhancing and enriching the educational process according to the principles of effective teaching.
